S'mores dessert: just ok.

I had the Maine lobster special. The lobster was served with orange butter sauce with a veggie risoto that had asparagus and edamame. Sunset warning: despite being in the perfect location for a sunset view, if dining in a large group, sunset will not be visible due to where large groups are seated. We were in a gorgeous Japanese garden ~ beautiful and peaceful ~ but no sunset. Allow extra time to roam grounds and explore building. Overall, the food and service were good. It's pricey for dinner though with most entrees starting at $25 and up. Dinner for two with with drinks came to about $100. They also only have valet parking at $8. Fortunately, we received free dessert for the birthday celebrant. Yamashiro is one of those places best for a special occasion or a romantic dinner.
