Xilantro, Fine Mexican Cuisine & Tequila Bar is proud to introduce the original flair of one of the most rich, succulent, and scrumptious cuisines in the world; The Mexican cuisine.

Xilantro is a result of very differing influences such as the Mayans and Aztecs’ unique roasting techniques, the introduction of "Old World" ingredients brought to Tenochtitlan from the Spaniards, and the remarkable influence that the French contributed thanks to Napoleon's cousin (Maximiliano de Absburgo) which ruled Mexico for decades. That blend of wide historical influences gave birth to a cuisine with an unmatched palate of flavors.

At Xilantro, we have carefully selected a menu which includes some traditional plates such as our Fajitas served in a Lava Stone Bowl and the award winning Chorizo and Filet Mignon served on a bed of Chipotle and Chorizo sauce and finish with a peak of melted Chihuahua cheese. Simply delicious.

All complimented with 150 Tequilas in display.

Both were excellent - as good as any upscale restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised, I guess we were expecting maybe a tex mex type menu. Will go back for sure."

  • "We all loved the hip, vibrant atmosphere. Our waitress was warm and attentive and the entire staff was friendly. The menu offered so many inventive takes on Mexican fare, we all had a hard time deciding what to get. The guava-glazed salmon, pork medallions, arrachera steak and seafood enchiladas all proved to be winners. Would definitely return, though be warned: some of the spicier options really do have a kick!"

  • "The food and service were really good at Xilantro. I'm not crazy about the decor. I found it to be overly modern and cold for my taste. It could be that our table's proximity to the entrance on a cold night had something to do with it. However, the main color that was used to decorate the space is not my favorite - green apple. I found it to be a jarring color, not warm and soothing. Nevertheless, I would go back....for the food and service!"

  • "Had been looking forward to eating here. Wine list came, very limited selection (1 Chard, 1 cab etc ) and they didn't have any bottles left of what we wanted. On a Sat night. No other substitutes were available. Then the appetizers. Guacamole was good but the chips that came with them were so salty they were inedible. Main course. Filet with andouille sausage - horrible and looked even worse. Enchiladas with seafood - very bland. Mahi Mahi was best thing. Zero vegetables as sides. Just dried out refried beans and white rice. At almost $30 an entree!! Would not go back."

  • "We went with a party of 6 to celebrate National Margarita Day. I could not have imagined a better time even if we had been at one of the Margaritaville Restaurnats (and I've been to 4 of them). The food was superb, the tequila amazing, Margarita drink specials outstanding and service superb!! Their guacamole was the best I have ever had. It is so fresh and not oversalted the way some can be. It was perfect and the perfect accompaniement for margarita's. Every member of our party was totally impressed!! Will definitely go back there again!!! We will be celebrating every Feb. 22nd there!!"

  • "Very very disappointed in the food, We were a party of six, We started with the house made guacamole, it was loaded with so much jalapeno pepper rendering it difficult to eat, having 4 12 year olds with us, you'd think they would have offered it mild, I can't imagine the American palate could handle that kids of heat, but ok. I had a vegetarian enchilada, that was so poorly prepared, that I didn't eat any of it, which didn't matter at all to the server, I did inform her I didn't care for it, but she didn't take it off the bill. It came with a side of flag rice, which was terrible, red, green and white rice scooped with an ice cream scooper, all served barely warm, place is really cool, as well as the bar, but even the drinks weren't good"

  • "This was our first time at Xilantro and the service was terrific. We got great recommendations for our appetizer, though opted for the queso fundido starter. Margaritas are a bit expensive but very well made. Our entrees consisted of the beef enchiladas (and they were truly stuffed with meat to our pleasure) and the seafood enchilada (very tasty and a nice serving). We ended the night with their house coffee (that includes cinnamon and brown sugar) and as a dessert we had the banana churros (delicious!!). It was on Friday and the place wasn't that busy due to the fear of the snowstorm that never happened, but later on by 8:00PM it picked up and tables were filling up rather quickly (we got there at 6:30). Overall great experience."

We were seated and given their full dining menu. The waiter approached and took our drink order. Tacos were not listed on the menu we were given so had to ask what selections were. They then gave us bar menu. Then we found out they also had drink specials. The waiter should have told us all specials prior to ordering. Food was very good, but we ended up over paying for this Taco Tuesday event."

The first one I ordered was not hot at all, and tasted like mixer. The bartender corrected it when I asked. I usually love this drink, but now I'm wondering how much tequila is in this $14 drink. There didn't seem to be as much as the first two times we visited.Victor is a very good server."

  • "Awesome food! We had the empanadas to start, and the pulled pork and salmon as entrees. We also tried the house margs and they were darn good. Our server was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. HOWEVER, he wouldn't stop pestering us. He came by every few minutes to ask if we were ready to order, even after we put in our app and drink order and were still looking at our menus. I felt very pressured to order and I really didn't like it. Once all the orders were in, he gave us a little space."

From the restaurants vibe, to the great service my our wait staff, to the very flavorful and tasty food, this is one spot we will now add to our favorite list. Authentic mexican menu with some of the best mexican flavors you will have at any Mexican restaurant. We will be back again, and again, and again......."

  • "We went on a Saturday night; the service was great our waitress has some great recommendations and we actually took them into account and we enjoyed them as well! Hommade guacamole is highly recommended. Definitely would go back for dinner and drinks. Only downfall is when it's cold out and the front door opens the entire restaurant gets cold. Overall, great place with great upbeat atmosphere and great food."
