Considered one of the coolest and visually striking restaurants in the nation, Wynwood Kitchen and Bar (WKB) opened in December 2010. WKB’s innovative global-Latino cuisine, created by executive chef Miguel Aguilar, is served small plate style allowing guests the freedom to mix and match dishes to their personal taste.

In harmony with the food, the décor provides guests with a visual feast. From the floor to ceiling iconic murals by Shepard Fairey in the bar area to the bursting canvasses by German artist Christian Awe in the dining room to the stunning Wynwood Walls that surround the outside patio, WKB offers guests a one of a kind unparalleled experience.

  • "You are definitely paying for the ambiance here. The food was good but the portions were tiny. I don't mind paying a high price for great food. You are literally served 2 tiny skewers for $14. I have been to many Tapas restaurants previously so I am accustomed to the concept. I don't think I will be coming back. There is too much competition in the area as far as food that are not so expensive. The food was not Delicious enough to charge the prices they do."

  • "The food at Wynwood Kitchen was superb. The latin influence added a flavorful twist to the many dishes we enjoyed. The chicken empanadas were out of this world as was the guacomole, humus, house salad, chicken with a creamy quinoa and calamari skewers. It was obvious the food was high quality and very tasty. The drink special was awesome as well. The setting among the Wynwood walls creates a unique atmosphere unlike any other in Miami. I recommend all Miami residents and visitors experinece this very cool dining experience."

  • "We ate here for the first time during Wynwood's Art Walk and really enjoyed it. I made a reservation in advance and I'm glad I did because it was crowded even at 6:30. We sat inside but could see the great patio which I'm sure is very pleasant during cooler weather. Everything we ordered was delicious including drinks. The portions are relatively small so you can order several items and try different things. I highly recommend their Gambas al ajilo; delicious sauce! I had their fish which was snapper that day and my husband ordered the vaca frita which is one of their specialties. Everything was great. We will definitely go back perhaps when it's not such a crowded time for Wynwood."

  • "The food is very good; quality is high and portions are well suited with tapas style dining. However, prices are a little high; 7 dollars for gazpacho is unreasonable in any neighborhood."

  • "Food was great, ambiance was great but I wanted to hear the live bands that normally play there on the weekends. This place has lost some of its appeal for me since now there is only a DJ. One of the reasons I drove all the way to Wyn-wood was to hear the live band since great food and ambiance can also be found closer to my home."

  • "....and of course in coolest part of town...;). But seriously, even if it wasnt smack dab in middle of Arts District and Wynwood, it would be an awesome restaurant on its own... and you can always tell from simple dishes, if they are amazing, then the chef REALLY knows whats up: case in point, try the Tropical Salad. BEST dressing I have ever had in my life ( and I'm a veggie so that's saying a lot...). LOVE the joint, service was impeccable, I'll be back ASAP-!"

  • "The place was very cool. Love the modern and colorful decoration. The food was ok, but nothing extraordinary. The service was nice. I recommend this place to go with a group to have some drinks and eat appetizers (tapas)."

  • "If you are curious about what Wynwood has to offer, Wynwood Kitchen and Bar is a great place to start. Buzzy, friendly and cool (but not so cool that it becomes irritating...). Food is OK, some dishes are much better than others. Service is friendly and food is fast to come to the table. Great atmosphere and being by the Wynwood Walls, it is a great venue to start discovering Wynwood and seeing its potential. Great art shop around the corner."

  • "As a frequent Wynwood diner, my husband & i finally chose to give WKB a try to celebrate our anniversary; WHAT A TERRIBLE CHOICE THAT WAS! We were sat in between 2 huge parties & after waiting almost 30 mins for the WHO SAW BUT IGNORED US, a manager was sent to take our drink order. Waited another 20 mins for drinks & eventually the waiter showed up, didnt bother explaining the menu & rushed us to place our order because he had "2 bigger tables", yet he had the nerve to run back to their tables mid-sentence thru us placing our order. The food was OK, but all the waiting (overall over an HOUR before we got any food) & LACK of good customer service ruined the entire experience, never been happier leaving a restaurant. NEVER RECOMMENDING!"

  • "Three generations of food lovers got together to celebrate abuela's birthday. After walking around the outside of the restaurant and viewing the art, we headed in to our table. Once the plates started to arrive, so did the sounds of mmm and ahhh, dish after dish. From the beets and bok choy to the clams, baby octopus skewers and short ribs, each plate made its way around the table so everyone had a chance to try. And then onto dessert. Almost a dozen tapas later, the struggle was between the other items on the menu we really wanted to try, and, our full stomachs. The stomachs won, we'll have to go back for the rest of the menu. Service was outstanding."

  • "Been to Wynwood Kitchen a few times before, it is a good place to get dinner. Mainly a small plate/sharing type of place but everything I have on the menu is fantastic. Food comes out quickly too so take your time ordering a one or two things at a time or if you want to have a quicker dinner everything. The only downside is parking which can be difficult to find a space on Friday and Saturday nights but there is valet. Slow Roasted pork, and chorizo hash are must haves."

  • "I've eaten here once before, and like the first time, the food was excellent, and the experience was one that only the Wynwood Kitchen and Bar can deliver. Only one star shy of outstanding service for the server's obvious and persistent foul mood."

  • "I went with a couple of friends to have dinner on a Saturday night. Service was fast, recommendations on food and drinks spot on, and the speed of serving fast! Food variety is great and since it's tapas you can enjoy a very broad style of cuisines. Our main server though was a bit arrogant and let the experience down a bit as he was harder than expected to make an amendment to the check after a mistake, but overall excellent."

  • "This was our second time visiting Wynwood Kitchen and Bar and it was a fantastic experience. We had reservations for 7:00pm and even though it was on the warmer side, we decided to sit outside. The "Wynwood Walls" murals make dinning outside worth it. The food was amazing from start to finish. We ended up choosing items we were not familiar with and each of them turned out to be great. The staff was very accommodating and patient as they had no problem with us walking around the murals in between ordering and the first course coming out. I am a Miami native and Wynwood is one of my all time favorite restaurants."

  • "This place is one of my favorite spots to bring my family and friends when they visit me. The Design District in Miami is one of the hottest neighborhoods in town and not always in the tourist guides. The walls that are part of the restaurant make this place a must see when in Miami, the food is good and priced reasonably. Make reservations if you plan to come during the weekend since the place is usually busy."

  • "It's amazing that a restaurant with one of the most excellent and brilliant chef in miami , a vibrant and fun atmosphere can not take care about the poor quality of their waiters! Is not my first time I often go to this restantant, is one of my favorites, and before I never saw so many errors together: waiters forgetting orders and serving them to other tables, rough and rude to customers who are waiting in line to go to the restroom , spilling liquids( water or drinks)over customers from tripping with tables or each others, spilling sauces or food when the dishes are collected of the tables. Terrible Experience.Almost the food got 5 starts !This is lack of manager. Please be careful customers are the heart of your business."

  • "Generous cocktails, very attentive service which was great, the food is very good...served in small portions so you can order a bunch of things and share. Nothing was really out of this world, except maybe the tuna ceviche, but it was tasty and well prepared. Great place to sit outside right outside the Wynwood Walls, open late for dinner. Will definitely go back."

  • "We had a great time at Wynwood Kitchen and Bar, we ordered several of their popular dishes they were all delicious! The scallops were yummy, my husband enjoyed the vac a frita, their special corn pancake that night was great! We loved it! Also loved being able to walk around and see the art after dinner! Great place for a date night."

  • "Came over to Wynwood Kitchen for lunch with co-workers. We soon grew a bit concerned with the lack of parking. Although there is free curbsie parking, how long a walk do you really want to make in an industrial/artsy area? Fortunatelly, it was full daylight and we found a spot accross the street. Once inside, we interrupted the manager scolding the hostes over a reservation problem....not very professional. Once seated, our server, although friendly, seemed confused and apprehensive....probably something to do with the brash manager, who seemed to patrol the floor like a junkyard dog. Once the food finally arrived, three entrees....one at time.....we were all disappointed by the minute portion size of each item. Won't do it again."

  • "I went to the restaurant with a friend and my son (22) and his friend. I hoped to find somewhere not too stuff for a quick bite before attending a play at the Arsht. It turned out to be perfect. We sat outside amidst the wall art for which Wynwood has become famous. For the four of us, we ordered several dishes to share: The calamari was different but well-received Nice guacamole with what seemed to be warm, home made chips A chorizo potato hash -- greasy but tasty Hummus -- fairly ordinary but fine Ripe plantains with cheese; delicious and different Short ribs -- yum The service was friendly, unobtrusive and low-key. Reasonable prices. A fun choice. "

  • "The tapas size portions were hot, imaginative , very large, clearly made with love, and most importantly delicious. The view of the Wynwood Walls arts scene and the people watching were great. The service was some of the best and most polite I have had from young urban Miami hipsters in any spot here."
