A word from Wyebrook Farm Market & Cafe
Wyebrook Farm Market and Cafe is located in a beautiful 18th Century stone barn in pastoral Chester County, PA. The café offers a seasonal menu of dishes featuring meat raised right here on the farm along with other locally-produced vegetables and cheeses.

In our Market we offer hand-butchered beef, pork, lamb, goat and chicken in our butcher shop area which can be cut to your exact specification. We also have many hard-to-find items such as cheek, tongue, offal, tail, marrow bones, ears, and feet. We can uniquely tell you how the meat you buy spent every day of its life.

Diner Reviews
  • "The service was fantastic but the view and the food are amazing too. We had a great time and it's nice that it's BYO since the prices are a bit high for brunch but you can taste the quality in the food so you don't mind as much. Make sure you visit the market for meats, honey, and other goodies."

  • "Wyebrook Farm is a wonderful place. It's a gem in the woods. We went to the Sunday brunch with out of town friends and had a great time. The music was great and the food was organic and so delicious. Can't wait to return. We walked the path and enjoyed the farm. It's so scenic and peaceful there."

  • "We love Weybrook Farms! Always excellent food and great service. The location is so relaxing and we love to get their fresh meats and produce. This visit we had a group for brunch and it was awesome! Can't wait to come back."

  • "Waited for 30 minutes after seating for water, and another 15 minutes for glasses for BYOB cocktails. Our server was a ditz. Asked for a medium bacon hamburger and got a raw--and I mean cold interior raw--cheeseburger instead. Fries were good. When I tried to return my burger to the grill, my server interrupted me saying "that's the way we serve our bacon burger here" and then disappeared. This after asking me how I wanted my burger done. Totally disappointed in our second experience. Won't be going back any time soon."

  • "Wyebrook Farm is as unique a dining experience as I've ever had. The food/presentation was excellent. Service very good. The ambience, views and presentation are awesome. We had gotten married earlier in the day and had chosen Wyebrook to enjoy our wedding day dinner. We made the right choice."

  • "I liked Wyebrooke Farms so much I came 2 nights in a row. I was traveling from Texas & a friend introduced me to this great find. The veggies, beef, pork, and eggs all right from the WF farmland. Some of their cheeses are from local farmers. The prep and presentation is terrific. It's BYOB. So grab your favorite beverage and get the cheese and charcuterie plates to enjoy a relaxing start to your meal. The beet & goat cheese salad is a must have. Day 1 I had steak & pork bolognese on day 2. The bacon wrapped meatloaf was incredible. The topper was a shredded beef and cheese meal, wrapped in risotto, fried & served with an incredible sauce. Deserts are good sized & very tasty. Get the brownie. I can't wait to go back!"

  • "We dined outside under a funny looking cloud. not a concern because the weather forecast was bright sunshine. forecast missed the torrential downpour. wait staff was undeterred, as were we and enjoyed an experience with good food, friends and the great chester county outdoors."

  • "This restaurant has the most beautiful setting that I have come across in Chester County. The food is fantastic. We already made reservations to take my parents there when they come for a visit!"

  • "The views were amazing and the food was delicious. We can't wait to go back! Make sure you wear flats - lots of gravel and uneven ground to walk on ..."

  • "Dinner at the farm holds great promise. The food is worthy of the scenery but other distractions kept us from fully enjoying dinner. Our dishes were excellent (the exception being the misguided addition of candied beef ribs to a creme brûlée). Entrees were more suited to Fall but 1st courses reflected the in-season locavore vibe. However, our server didn't place part of our order (she was always rushing around to no great effect). 20 minutes after our 1st course, our entrees were said to be on their way but when our server returned she told us that the kitchen always gets backed up on busy nights and we would have to wait some more. In addition, we had to suffer a boorish party seated next to us at our shared table."

  • "I didn't know what to expect since it was a farm. No dress code. The hostess suggested not to wear heels. When I arrived, the panoramic scenery was outstanding. It was calm and peaceful. Great variety of seating areas and food selections. They have live entertainment is on Sat. 12-3. You have the freedom to walk around the farm property, look at the gardens where the chef collects the daily herbs and veggies, and take in the views. Our waitress was great and very educated about the food being served. Impressed!"

  • "This is by far the best food in the area and the fact that is it farm to table makes it that much better! Incredible ambiance, beautiful outdoor dining with very attentive staff. Absolutely our favorite dining experience!"

  • "We had a 7:30 reservation, and arrived on time. We were finally seated at 9. We were told they had to accommodate everyone, regardless of whether or not they had reservations. So what is the point of a reservation then? In addition, I asked the hostess why there were empty (set) tables, and she replied that they were for other diners. 20 minutes after that we were seated at one of those tables... Which made us wonder whether the issue was enough servers. Ambience is unmatched, however. The food was delicious - worth the wait. However, we were annoyed that our reservation was completely disregarded."

  • "We had to wait quite long for a table, 45 minutes is really not ok-if reservations are made... Food was good, some interesting combinations; dessert with candied beef was a bit of stretch however. Service was good, but the # of diners seemed to be too much for them to handle at times. We love Wyebrook, but there are some service challenges that can improve."

  • "Our review cannot be made in 750 characters, without serious redactions. Flies outdoors and all over food. Inattentive floor manager and hostess. Too little bread for appetizers. Promise of desserts which were then denied. Were celebrating a birthday, told the tasting dessert was available for special order; when the time arrived for dessert it was restricted. Our party of 5 included 2 walking with canes. To get away from the flies we struggled to go upstairs, then learned the only restrooms were downstairs. Huh? Made us completely forget about our anticipation of the food, wondering why we had gone out of our way to pay Wyebrook prices for such lousy service and attention. Treat more patrons like this and the restaurant is doomed."

  • "A trusted colleague told me of Wyebrook. I opted for an open table reservation on a Thursday evening. My wife and I expected a memorable dining experience and everyone delivered. We took a scenic route from southern Chester County and arrived early enough to explore the Market and farm before being seated outdoors. Our primary reason for dining out is most definitely the food but the breathtaking view from the deck down onto the pasture and small pig pen complimented the casual (seasoned picnic table seating) and elegant (white linens) atmosphere. Service is relaxed and perfectly paced matching the overall ambiance. The food-lets just say our next visit will be with several friends so that we can sample more of the menu! Very affordable!"

  • "The chef prepares outstanding selections that leave you excited for the next course. The views are breathtaking and I highly recommend Wyebrooke. I look forward to visiting often. Did I mention the flavors, presentation and selections are what I have experienced in 4 star establishments but better!"

  • "The food quality and presentation was excellent and everyone that works there seems to be really friendly. It was nice that we could take our dog there. I walked her around for a few minutes while we waited for our food. However for all its good points it has one big problem! The place was teeming with flies. I watched my food so none got on it but one crawled inside my glass. We have gone to many other places outside and have never had this problem. There surely is something they can do to limit the flies. It is really a shame to have top notch food and service and have it all brought down because of flies all over the place."

  • "It's a BYOB with incredible farm fresh food. Beautiful view, equally as beautiful architecture inside the market. Inside and outside seating options. Very professional and friendly staff. Simply put... Mrs. D and I can't wait to go back! You should also make time to browse the market. No chance you'll leave empty handed."

  • "This is a working farm, with animals, fields and gardens. We ate sitting on a wooden picnic bench on the large patio with lots of other benches. It felt somehow casual and elegant at the same time. Professional service that was invested in your experience helped create that feel, and then there was the food. Fried green tomatoes were tempura battered thick sliced and with an awesome corn relish. The bacon mac and cheese side was killer, and we had the ribeye special. A good char on the outside a pretty rare medium rare on the inside. It came with a side of potatoes au gratin that were creamy yet somehow savory in way, that I would have been thrilled to eat on their own. The pile of crispy onion rings was like a an extra side. Dessert too!"

  • "I have had both lunch and brunch there now and have been very pleased with the food and the whole experience. The chicken friend steak on the brunch menu is phenominal and you don't feel bloated or weighed down. It is not what I would normally order, but it was recommended and I was not disappointed in the least. I love the Market and walking around the paths and seeing the animals as well. It is a really wonderful experience and I highly recommend going there."

  • "First time visit to Wyebrook Farm this Friday night was off the charts fantastic. Gorgeous country setting 7 miles from our home, byob, no rush, fantastic food...organic and locally grown. Pork Bolognese was amazing. Sat on the balcony overlooking the fields and watched the sunset on a perfect summer night. Already made my next reservation!"

  • "We have been here several times and the food is incredible, everything has been wonderful, farm to table, inventive, super fresh and very tasty! We also love the market where you can buy most their fresh meats and local cheeses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of our favorite places to go and we are thrilled that it is local."

  • "We decided to come here for our 6 year anniversary. It is nice to have a place like this close to home that offers NON-GMO food. I am happy that they also use local produce and other local items. The food was excellent...burger was cooked to perfection and the pulled pork sandwich was the best we ever tasted. The cheese plate was amazing and so was the swiss chard/ beet salad. For desert we had ordered the almond flour cake. Everything was above our expectations. We will be back!"

  • "Wonderful experience. All the food was delicious. Friendly staff. Beautiful atmosphere, grounds. Kid friendly both in setting and staff- Treehouse and tire swing on one side, open field with free roaming pig pen on the other side. Staff invite kids to walk around the property and look at things. Very nice herb garden area if you feel like dining semi-privately. This will be a regular place to go to for us."

  • "Love coming to Wyebrook but Fridays much anticipated best burger in Chester county was way over cooked and disappointing. Kale Salad rocked and so did everything else! Baconaise made the whole meal :-)! Our server And hostess were awesome! Have been several times and food was superb but wasn't at its best on Fri. My husband had steak special and also wasn't wow'ed per usual. Hope this helps and we otherwise loved out time and will definitely return!!!"
