  • "My husband and I enjoy the food and entertainment. Would recommend to family and friends."

  • "Best place in Wilmington hands down! From the awesome food and service to the venues professional sound and stage you really get a warm and genuine experience. The staff was happy which made us feel more at home and parking was a breeze. Free street parking after five and a parking garage next door for $5 all night. You can't go anywhere else and have that same experience."

  • "Started going for the music, added food to the fabulous find. Love the selection of apps for late night snacking as you listen to music, especially the eggplant fries.........get them every time! The staff is friendly, helpful and just plain awesome!"

  • "Really enjoyed a nice meal and some nice local music. Like that the menu is small and simple. The Grilled cheese was so yummy."

  • "People come here for the music. In my case it was singer/songwriter night. It's not open when there is no show. That being said, the food is still very good but the menu is limited as is the wine & beer list."

  • "Great Blues music in a cozy venue. I could have been on Beale street in Memphis"

  • "Great Happy Hour. Works well for groups. Used Open Table for reservations which were easily adjusted when it was necessary to add a few people. As usual, food was perfect to preference as ordered and delivered in a timely fashion."

  • "I love the building and the location. I drove from PA and Wilmington was silent except for the Queen. Not much going on as I was driving through. It was noisy but energetic. The musicians were glad to be there and put on a good show. You can not control what they sing and one singer sang about sexual abuse and I saw a dad take his two children outside. But the music overall was good. I had dinner and Malbec, and thought the food was good. The wings could have used a little more flavor, I order salmon and had to send it back and ordered something else and it was replaced with no problem. I had duck instead and it was delicious. Most folks attending seemed to enjoy their food. I will attend again because Wilmington needs this type of venue."

  • "Had reservations for dinner & tickets for the Beatles show. We didn't expect the food to be as fabulous as it turned out. We had a little of everything, hummus, guacamole, pizza, fried eggplant, sweet potato fries. but the one thing we almost didn't get was the grilled cheese sandwich special. Apparently it changes every week. It had chicken inside & other goodies. It was to die for!!! Amazing. Great service & an amazing Show with Sweet Loretta Fat group singing the Beatles. Would definitely go again."

  • "Came over from NJ for a lunch with coworkers on a Friday -- live music, great food. Such fun - the food was eclectic and delicious - hummus plate, calzone, fish tacos - everyone loved their food. And the guitarist was awesome! Will definitely go back."

  • "Always good food with outstanding service. jevaun waited on us as he has many times before. The personality and quality of his service makes everything about your night out the best. He is always on his game. The manager even jumps in to help customers all the time. We don't go here just for music we come for dinner always . We look forward to both. Keith Flury"

  • "OUTSTANDING music and dining experience. Absolute PERFECTION."

  • "We were immediately seated thanks to our reservation but we waited approximately 21 minutes just to get a drink order. We also saw other people get up and leave because the wait was too long. We decided to stay and the service slightly improved and there was a live bank playing the Allman Brothers tunes and they were excellent. The food was excellent and we may try to visit again, hoping that maybe we caught them on an understaffed night."

  • "I have been to this location several times. It's my fave local place to see music acts and others, the food is usually pretty good too. On this visit, the shrimp and pasta was great, the white pizza was mediocre. The hummus and veggie plate was very good as usual. We had a trainee waiter so services was a little lacking compared to past visits, but that's understandable and okay. I guess the biggest complaint would be that our appetizer came out at the same time as our main dishes, but the waiter apologized ahead of time and let us know that was going to occur. I still love this place and hope that enough people go so that it stays open!"

  • "The food is very good and at a reasonable price. The live music is fantastic!"

  • "As is usual, the food was good, the service outstanding and the entertainment superb. This is my go-to place for entertainment and relaxation."

  • "We went to see The California Honey Drops used open table to reserve a table. I highly recommend. We had a great table with a wonderful view of the stage. We liked the variety of the menu. It had lighter options. We ordered from the weekly specials and enjoyed the food. The atmosphere is very nice. The bands that played were great! $12 for two very enjoyable, talented bands were a steal! Best night out for my husband and I in quite a while."

  • "I thoroughly enjoyed my show and food. Eggplant fries were delightful. My two waiters were always available and they checked on me unobtrusively through out the evening. My new favorite place!!"
    Dined on 6/25/2014
  • "Wait time for drinks & service to long. Two server covering all tables."
    Dined on 6/21/2014
  • "The food can be pretty good, but this place is about the music. Intimate upstairs, larger, but still comfortable downstairs. All different styles of music......rock, blues jazz, funk, etc. Check out the schedule and see for yourself."
    Dined on 6/21/2014
  • "I really like this location. Unfortunately they are dreadfully understaffed. Two waiters for nearly 30 tables is a recipe for disaster. Service all night long was so dreadfully slow we eventually bypassed our waitress and started getting our drinks straight from the bar. In addition, the food is average at best, or at least was on our latest visit. The Braised Pork sandwich and Eggplant fries were good. But the so called Cajun Seasoned Fish Tacos had absolutely no Cajun seasoning. The Guacamole Dip appetizer was lacking in any kind of flavor. Even the tequila cocktail, which was supposed to have a rosemary infused syrup, was lacking any hint of rosemary. The music is always great. And I hope they succeed. But they have work to do."

  • "I would like to thank the gentleman who spearheaded the move to bring Lira to this setting. I drove in from Baltimore since I was going to be out of town when she came to Baltimore today and it was worth the drive. The sound was excellent & it was wonderful seeing this talented musician and her band in this setting. I have been raving about it. Lira was powerful and inspirational, in addition to being a great musician. Loved her & will hope that she returns."

  • "I had a great time as usual, I had the best waitress, she deserves a raise, from service she provided. Don't remember her name. She was an black woman small build with tattoos on the arms, and hair in a ponytail. She is an example of what a superior waitress should be. She is a complement to the excellent service at the Queen. The show was great, the service was what it should be anywhere in any place you eat. My girlfriend even talked about the service and how good she was. The Suite Franchon PLP show is the best."
    Dined on 6/19/2014
  • "Friendly staff, good drink selection, and simple yet well prepared food items make this venue a good experience. Very convenient spot to eat that wont disappoint before a concert at the Queen."
    Dined on 6/13/2014
  • "Go any night for a delicious, flavorful and high quality menu. Even better, pick a night when there is live entertainment on their restaurant stage for a fun and intimate music experience."
    Dined on 6/7/2014
  • "Food was good and our waiter was quick and friendly"
    Dined on 6/5/2014
  • "We went here for dinner and a concert. Food was excellent ... eggplant fries (who knew) were to die for. Great service and ambiance."
    Dined on 6/4/2014
  • "We had a $10 restaurant.com gift certificate that they would not allow us to use because we had ordered two glasses of wine from the Happy Hour menu, even though we had another $45 worth of food and drink from the regular menu! Twice I had to go up to the bar to track down our waiter. It was convenient because we had a show downstairs to attend, however, on top of the certificate issue, the band that was going to be playing upstairs spent an hour going through sound check. (Our table was right in front of the stage, which was empty when we arrived.) Will only go back to the restaurant at some point to get my $10 worth of regular-priced food. Plenty of restaurants to choose from right around The Queen. "

  • "We were there 2 hours prior to the show and were still late. Had to track down the hostess so that we could get the check, who then tracked down our server, who then stopped at four other tables before handing us our check knowing our show had started. I would not recommend eating here if you are planning to watch a show downstairs. Very, very slow service."
    Dined on 6/4/2014
  • "Quite surprised at the quality of the food. Very respectable pub fare. Prepared as I'd ordered and quite tasty. Will be back!"
    Dined on 5/30/2014
  • "Food was outstanding. I liked the fact that the menu has so much for healthy eating. I will truly come back again for the menu items and the atmosphere."
    Dined on 5/30/2014
  • "Food was prepared to order, wait staff very good, value for dollar was excellent. Drinks were a little pricey."
    Dined on 5/30/2014
  • "We thought we would have ample time to eat and go to concert at the venue. We waited 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table. Then someone came and apologized but we continued to wait for service. Finally server took drink orders only then disappeared. By the time food arrived we did not have much time to eat, and also one portion was missing without explanation given. Again had to chase someone down to find out that there was a delay on that item. Not a very good experience."
    Dined on 5/28/2014
  • "Both the food and service were excellent! I thought the prices were very fair and my wife and I are already looking forward to returning. They had two rockabilly bands playing on stage and they made the evening even more pleasant. The band Full Blown Cherry ROCKED!"
    Dined on 5/24/2014
  • "The dinner menu is limited. Salmon entrees were well-prepared, but the vegetable fried rice was more like a risotto texture... too mushy. Service was pleasant, but a bit slow and there weren't many other diners. "
    Dined on 5/22/2014
  • "Made reservations for a show and decided to eat upstairs, missed the first act, service and food was slow."
    Dined on 5/20/2014
  • "Only hoped to get a quick lite bite before an evening performance, but found the café to be very congenial. The menu offered something for everyone. Nice selection of salads and starters. Best spot to unwind while gearing up for the night's entertainment. Wait staff are courteous and attentive. Casual and friendly ambience. Menu options for this particular evening were renamed to tie-in with the discography of the performing artist. Hey, if a place goes to that length, it's a safe bet the same TLC will be extended to diners. Enjoyed my meal. Always nice to visit The Queen."
