We had a great time, the food was great, the service was really good. The only disappointment is that we were a party of three and they sat us on a tiny table that made us very uncomfortable due to luck of space.

Everything on the menu was perfectly explained by the server including picking the perfect beer. A bit heavy in the fried foods even if it is gourmet quality. I would certainly go back though over and over again.

I frequently go to Baltimore and have always wanted to try this restaurant since I first read about it in the Washington Post. I finally made it there and we are already planning on going back the next time we are in the city since the menu changes constantly. There are so many interesting options on the menu it was hard to decide but the wait staff was very patient in helping us navigate thru so many enticing plates.... We ended up ordering several of the smaller plates versus something from the supper menu so that we could try more. No one at the table could decide which was their favorite because everything was delicious. Go early and check out the neighborhood - there are also several interesting storefronts to explore.

Lots of vegetarian options! Good service, great food. Desserts are surprisingly lackluster. My entree came out cold so I had to send it back. Then, my dessert of warm apple pie came out cold. The ice cream wasn't even melting!

This was our first visit to Baltimore, and Woodberry Kitchen was recommended by friends. We were not disappointed. What an impressive menu from local providers! We enjoyed some amazing oysters at the bar while we waited for our table to be ready. The cocktail menu and wine list is impressive. Our son loved the wide variety of beer available. Everyone enjoyed their dinner entrees; we shared the apple pie dessert which comes in its own cast iron little pan. It was delicious. The staff was courteous and attentive, the decor warm and inviting. We will go back when we visit again.

Had heard of Woodberry Kitchen before ...this was our first visit. Celebrating two birthdays. All of the food was fresh and delicious. Most memorable, interestingly, were the starters and the dessert; the favorite starter was the beef tartare. Dessert was, per Tom Sietsma's review in the Post, the ice cream sundae with marshmallow. Outstanding.

My wife and I celebrated our 31st anniversary here. All the wait staff and hostesses couldn't be any better. The filet was the best ever. The clam and noodle dish was good but not great. Service was excellent. Caesar salad was all right but unremarkable. Pumpkin tart for dessert and the hot fudge sundae were impeccable. The bread was fantastic. The music was exactly what we wanted to hear: Talking Heads, Pretenders, etc. We will definitely come back soon.

We loved every brunch dish we ordered, from the pumpkin whoopie pie to the egg-and-slaw-on-a-muffin. The candied yam and Earl Grey lattes were superb. And our server was not only charming and attentive, but she wrangled the latte makers to come over and show us how they make their cunning designs!

We come to WK a few times a year. The food never disappoints. My dining companion always gets the french toast, which varies seasonally. I was overjoyed to see all the oysters on the menu. I went with the fried variety and they were perfect. The seasonal mimosa was pretty perfect as well. The service was just okay this time. The server I think had a lot of tables. Thankfully, we didn't have to wait long to clear the bill, but otherwise, the service was fairly hands off and absent. I also had to wait nearly 15 minutes for my second drink... I ordered it right after the main course came and it came just as we were finishing.

My wife and I visited Woodberry Kitchen for Sunday brunch on a sunny late morning in October. Dining outdoors was heavenly, much quieter than indoors, without any sacrifice in the quality of service which was outstanding. I had a breakfast enchilada - wonderful - and my wife had a hash, which was delicious but a bit too salty. Brunch, thoroughly filling, fit our budget better than dinner. We will return for brunch!

We arrived a half hour early four our table and were offered to sit at a high top at the bar. A watress greeted us and asked us what kind of water we wanted. A second waitress came and took our drinks. So far everything was great. Then a full half hour came by and we never received either our water or drinks. My boyfriend ended up just going to the bar. While he was gone a waiter stopped at my table and brought drinks that were not the ones that we ordered. This was my boyfriends first time at Woodberry, and I don't think he would ever come back. Once we got to our table things went good, our server was great but overall we were not that impressed. I always recommended Woodberry for special occasions but this special occasion Wasn't special

Have been there several times before and lived everything. This time was less stellar. It was a Saturday night so it was very busy. Our waiter wasn't very attentive, our soup was served lukewarm, one of our 4 meals was served a few minutes after the others. It's been much better in the past so I'll give them another chance.

While the food was quite good, the location was a bit far if you're staying in the Inner Harbor. That being said, if you're willing to fork over $50 in RT cab rides, there are many pluses to this place. The flatbreads looked amazing as they came out of the brick oven. I ordered the pork belly, which was really good. The service was attentive.

We like going to Woodberry Kitchen for celebrations because we know we will be greeted with a well-crafted cocktail, an extensive list of wines and the best food in the city. We went for our one month anniversary, drank fall cocktails and dined on well-seasoned beef tartare. We savored the fresh rockfish and perfectly roasted chicken while savoring the chardonnay our server expertly picked out for us. After we ordered our bourbon float and pumpkin tart desert, I was presented with chocolate cake with their signature chocolate script wishing us a happy anniversary. They never cease to impress. Between the flawless service, impressively nice staff and unbeatable flavors Woodberry is the true gem of Hampden.

This was our fourth time at wood berry and will be our last. Although the food was very good, it is overpriced with small portions. I ordered the steak and it was delicious. The server was disengaged and did not take the time to make any recommendations or to help us with our selections. The restaurant was crowded and tables so close together the servers could barely fit between the tables (good thing they are all skinny). For four of us with a bottle of wine, apps and two deserts it was $300 with tip. If you like food and don't mind a busy restaurant and unfriendly servers, go ahead and try it.
