Wolf's Ridge Brewing is a family owned and operated craft brewery and restaurant, created as a result of our long and deepening love for both craft beer and food. Wolf's Ridge Brewing was born through the deep desire of the owners to create a gathering space for other craft beer and food lovers in the downtown Columbus community. Our goal is to build a microbrewery and restaurant that becomes a proud member of the community, where we provide our patrons with a wonderful dining and drinking experience.

The concept is centered on the idea that by focusing on craft and locally sourced products as much as possible, we are staying true to our primary goal of supporting and emulating the community in which we reside.

  • "The lobster bisque tasted like BBQ sauce with ketchup. Very disappointed that I paid $10 for a soup that didn't even have chunks of lobster meat in it. Not sure how they constituted the caprese as a caprese, very far from it and they went overboard with the smokiness. Overall, it just seemed like they tried way too hard to be trendy in the gastropub scene to the point that their food was all over the taste. I could go on about the meal my boyfriend had, but I am running out of characters."

They also use different meats then what you typically find on everyday menus like venison, etc... I have been there twice for brunch and it is delicious with favorites staying on the menu and new things being added every season."

  • "Has been a favorite and frequent often and was with 5 first timers. The menu was very limited since it was getting switched out and even though I had made a reservation well in advance we were seated at a long banquet table that it made it difficult for the folks on opposite ends to converse. When seated we were told "hopefully, it won't get too busy and we will have to seat others at the other end of the table." Thankfully this did not happen or there would have been one very unhappy customer. The lamb and desserts were the favorites and were excellent."

  • "We were thrilled to get a last minute reservation and were seated immediately, which was great. Our server was very knowledgable and helpful with suggestions for drinks and food. We were very pleased with our meals and the overall atmosphere. The only issue was our server disappeared for long periods of time including after her introduction and before coming for a drink order. We had to ask another server to find her after 11 minutes of waiting. That was our longest wait, but not the only one. We will go back... But hope we get a different server."

  • "We visit Columbus a lot and have often lamented the relative lack of places to eat dinner right downtown. Wolf's Ridge is easily within walking distance of many of the downtown hotels. Seating is mostly at long, group tables so be ready to share. It's fairly noisy when the house is full. The menu features fewer than a dozen entrees but is more inventive than typical brew pub fare. We had a hard time deciding what to order before settling on the small grilled vegetables appetizer, followed by perfectly med-rare lamb chops with garlic roasted red potatoes and the paella. Delicious seasonal strawberry/rhubarb pie for desert. Of course, there's plenty of beer, their own on tap and a selection of other craft offerings in bottles and cans."

  • "We had dinner here for my husband's birthday, and Wolf's Ridge exceeded our expectation. He had been eyeing the sirloin steak dinner of a companion's meal a few months ago, and the dish did not disappoint. My haddock was flavorful, artistically presented, and just the right texture. Our frog legs were a good start to the evening and the dessert, the hopped creme brulee was a near-perfect endnote. The server was knowledgable about the menu and seemed to have our best interests - and my gluten-free diet-at heart. We will be making this restaurant more of a regular stop."

  • "Our group ate five different menu items and not one of them was even mildly delicious. The famous fries were so overcooked they were not worth eating. Burger was okay but I only ate half... Normally burgers are so good I can't resist the other half. Overall, we left hungry and after paying $70 had to grab food on the way home."

  • "My husband and I made reservations for our first wedding anniversary, we both had never been. We absolutely adored WRB! The food was beyond delicious, I was happy to be enjoying food that was prepared well and made in house. I got the duck and my husband, the rib-eye & we both were beyond satisfied!! They also surprised us, in celebration of our anniversary, with giving us our dessert for free! The staff were chill and friendly, the restaurant/bar was clean and looked like it belonged in NYC! Such a great place, I've bragged to everyone already! Thanks WRB!"

The charcuterie was delicious including the IPA mustard. The duck taco's sweetness was balanced by the smoky sour cream - yum! The rhubarb-strawberry tart was a great finish to my meal. Perhaps a little too much dough to the filling but still scrumptious. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. Looking forward to my next meal at Wolf's Ridge. THANKS!"

My husband got a flight of beer which he liked all of them so much he almost got a growler to take home. Our server was very knowledgeable about the beers, which were great and very full flavored. I had the chorizo omelet which was excellent and my husband had the pulled pork sandwich, which was outstanding. The vibe was very European with shared long tables and the constant buzz of conversation."

  • "We have had dinner at Wolf Ridge Brewing a number of times. The food has always been excellent, and the beer was average for a microbrew. But now, things have changed, for the better. This last time we went the food was exceptional, and the beer was outstanding. We asked our server about the difference. He mentioned that they have learned how to operate the equipment over time -- and they have worked to "dial it in". The beers (many different styles to choose from) were all excellent (we had the sampler). I highly recommend going. "

  • "I was part of a group taking a co-worker to lunch for his birthday. It's a tiny place, but fabulously clean! Nice view of the spotless brewery from the dining area, immaculate bathrooms, and a kitchen staffed by sharp, clean chefs! Our waiter was very informed and answered all our questions about the small but tasty menu. As I said, it's a tiny place with a tiny menu, but these folks limit their offerings to present us with a worthwhile dish. I had the "beer" soup (very tasty), with a side of grilled asparagus (yum!) and an order of garlic fries (yum! yum!). My co-workers had chicken sandwiches (not sure what they were called) that spelled divine. And the pulled pork? Almost stole my boss' dish away from him! Definitely recommended!"

  • "My second visit here was for Saturday brunch. I brought a friend who has lived all over the US, so I wanted to show her something unique to Columbus--she's lived here, too. We ordered the Seasonal(better) and Howlin Tail(OK) for drinks. We enjoyed the Eggs Benedict, Duck confit, AND the Burger(those fries:) I recommend them all. We were there so long, we also finished a plate of regular donuts. OMG. It reminded me of a beignet without the powdered sugar--but I haven't had a proper beignet in years... definitely enjoyed it. We spent more than usual for a simple brunch, but the food presentation, and quality were outstanding. I had previously enjoyed dinner here, which was a crowded weekend night. Saturday brunch was alot less crowded."

  • "This was one of the best restaurant choices we've made in years. Everything we tried on the menu was unusual, full of flavor, prepared perfectly. We are not big beer drinkers, so we decided on cocktails. Hubby didn't like his, so the waitress, after asking what he didn't like about it, suggested something different which he ended up really liking - and the fresh drink was at no cost. Of all the food we sampled the only thing we all didn't like was the mint chocolate ice cream, which had a weird bitter flavor, otherwise everything was fantastic. Additionally, despite apparently having had a large crowd for Easter brunch, the place was spotless (including the bathroom), and the service patient and prompt. We will definitely be back."

  • "Second time to Wolf's Ridge, and second great experience. The food here is well prepared, creative, and just plain delicious. The beer flight was excellent (especially the American Stout!), the salads were nicely prepared and not overly dressed. We've had fish, venison, duck, chicken, and each dish was unique, cooked to perfection, with noticeable attention to detail. The servers have been great - I like a server that will actually express an opinion. The noise level is certainly energetic, but we could still hear each other. Looking forward to my next meal at Wolf's Ridge! "
