  • "Wolfgang's is the one restaurant large enough to satisfy any dining experience. Romantic table for two in the original dining area. The pavilion or deck are suitable for groups of any size. The wine bistro is a fabulous spot with great energy-small plates, ideal for a casual gathering after a day of shopping or golfing. We started with the Kale salad, loaded with mixed greens, walnuts, diced sweet potato with a raspberry chipotle sauce. We shared the trio of lamb chops, they're so delicious and tender neither one of us wanted to share. Aaron our server was informative with the menu. My entree was the pan seered red snapper topped with crab, lobster, and shrimp. It was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend, Wolfgang's."

There is something for everyone there...and you can experience a Bistro type area, the large dining room or as we did the outdoor area with waterfall and lovely greenery. Because we were "early" we even had a chat with Wolfgang!! We enjoyed a great bottle of wine recommended by the Wine Steward, lovely appetizers, delectable main courses, and of course decadent desserts. We truly celebrated!! And, our waiter made our time so very enjoyable... I would highly recommend Wolfgang's..."

The food is simply wonderful and the onion soup falls into the "best I've ever had" category. Chef Wolfgang's menu is varied and uniformly well prepared. I loved the Wiener Schnitzel on this trip."

  • "Appetizers of crab cakes and cerviche were delicious. All three of us had the trout with dill sauce. Fish was fresh tasting and cooked well. Sauce was skimpy, but more was brought on request. Waitress was new and was unfamiliar with menu items. Dessert was very slow coming. Dessert coffee was tepid and undrinkable, but was removed from bill. We were not given boxed leftover food we requested. In spite of that, it is my favorite restaurant and we will return. Food quality is consistent and very good. Wine is expensive. ( $16 for a glass of house Cabernet. )"

Service is attentive, but don't try to "eat and run" as the whole point is to digest and enjoy the meal. The entire staff made a fuss over my wife as it was her birthday. The one, and only, drawback is the noise level; with a full dining room, it is hard to carry on a quiet conversation - don't know how they can remedy this without destroying the interior."

We felt special and we were able to get a little "rowdy" without fear of disturbing other guests. Wait staff was super efficient, his name was Da Vinci and he took special care of us!   • "We loved the rustic comfortable décor in this landmark restaurant. Personal attention from Chef Wolfgang only added to the experience. From appetizers to dessert everyone enjoyed each morsel. Perfectly prepared escargot, amazing trout Oscar, Pecan crusted shrimp & crab cake along with signature apple strudel were highlights of the evening. A word of caution. This restaurant has two front dining rooms. At the back of the second room is a door to a walkway to additional dining rooms & the kitchen. We were seated close to this door (on cold & rainy evening) which has constant in & out traffic. The door was often left open; we frequently had to get up & close it. Absolutely go enjoy the amazing food, just don't sit near the back door. "

  • "We had a glass of wine at the small bar and conversed with the nice barrtender before seating. We were given a chance to set in the Historic section vs the one right in front with small children. We accepted and the noise level was perfect. We were greeted by the chef and our server was prompt and pleasant. My NY Strip was just average and my wife had the short beef ribs that were tough and dry. The worst part of the evening was the dramatic/old movie score music that was playing. By the time we left we were both depressed!"
