We started with the Limonata (the house mixed alcoholic beverage) which was tasty and sweet. It was very pleasing but some tartness might have made it irresistible. Beet salad was very good. The cavatappi with goat cheese alfredo was out of this world. The pizzas looked beautiful. They came out a little cooler that we would have liked. (Pizza usually comes out so hot it burns off the top layer of epithelium in the mouth.) The crust was soft and perfect pizza should be crisp and chewy. We had chewy but no crisp. The toppings were outstanding--potato and egg for one pizza and chicken meatball for another. Since this is a PIZZA BAR by name, I hope they perfect the pizza. Please bring them back!!4/2/2013 12:00:00 AMYou must eat the Gemelli!First time eating, between my friend and I we had the pasta fagioli, calzone of the day (sausage) chicken meatballs, garlic rolls and the gemelli pasta. Everything was ah-maz-ing.. the only thing I would not order again was the chicken meatballs, they were a good chicken meatball but lacked that tastyness of a 'normal' meatball. The calzone crust was super light and almost flaky, not like most 'pizza' places... it was not greasy and loaded with delish fresh ricotta, cheese and house made sausage. The gemelli was to die for... and huge, I ate it, my friend ate it, my BF ate it twice and home and I snuck a few more bites. The patio was nice, service was good but slow.. they didnt appear that busy. Their pizzas are delicious; different and done perfectly. Loved their salads and a generous sized gemelli pasta dish. Donut hole dessert can not be missed. Also check out their under $25 wine selections; found a very good sangiovese.

The service both at the front desk and at our table has been attentive, personalized, and prompt. (Our first two visits were about a month apart. On the second visit we were seated in a booth right next to the one we occupied on the first visit. Within a minute of arriving, the manager came over and noted that we have moved from our usual table.)
The quality of materials is good--fresh & handled with respect. We had one problem with one dish; it was promptly replaced with a gracious apology. The dishes themselves are way out of the usual "pizza box". Clever combinations and quick movement to the table has made for us some very enjoyable meals.
