Wolfdale's Cuisine UniqueBest Food in North Lake TahoeWe have been visiting North Lake Tahoe for over 35 years and have owned two different homes there.....one in West Shore and one in Carnelian Bay so our visits are frequent and trips to restaurants frequent and we have tried many. We have found Wolfdale's to be hands down the best food we have tried on the North Shore and perhaps even including Truckee. We have never been disappointed and always impressed with new menu items as well as the tried and true. The service is exceptional as well. Reservations recommended as it is a relatively small dining room but well worth planning ahead. Wolfdales was absolute excellent and topped all dining experiences that we had in Tahoe. The food, service, selection etc...was outstanding! We had a big group of 10 people and even the chef came out and introduced himself. The smoked trout appetizer is a MUST! The Duck, Filet, Salmon entrees were all delicious. The food was truly delicious, we had a window table with fantastic service. I know have Wolfdales on the top of my list...and my husband's too.
