"We had a nice meal at Wo Hing - not great but nice. The cocktails were great as were the starter noodles. The fried calamari was greasy and over-battered. The shrimp with chayote was bland. The special duck dish was good, although the flavors of the individual ingredients really didn't meld or add much to the broth which was also a bit bland. For the price, $20 a main dish, I would say more attention to flavor needs to be paid. Service was great. Overall, enjoyable but not somewhere we'd rush back to."

"Good service, casual relaxed ambience. The Calamari starter dish was superb. The chicken with the yellow spring garlic and the beef with asparagus were bland however. Would also have liked to see a specific benefit for people to check in via Foursquare."

"What a treat! The wontons were out of this world...can't stop thinking of them...have to go back to get more. Tender and vibrant with a hint of heat. The noodles with the pork shoulder and cabage another win...deep flavor with a fresh texture. So nice to have this on Valencia."

"Had Reservations for 9:30 and were seated promptly. Food came out in a timely manner but portions seemed light. Waiter seemed busy but didn't come by to check if our food was satisfactory. Then we had to order cocktails from the busboy, who was pleasant enough, but waiter said he didn't tell him of the bar order. Well he should have been attentive enough to see that we needed more drinks, don;t you think. I don't think this was such a special event although the total price reflected that.....
