A word from Wine Me Dine Me - Hyatt Regency Scottsdale
This is a culinary journey with Chef Juan and his culinary team, who will take you deep into the heart of fresh, authentic southwestern flavors. He will custom prepare a four-course menu for you, complete with tequila and wine pairings. It is a wonderfully fun experience where you can see, smell and taste some of the things that make our southwest cuisine so unique and memorable.

Got a last-minute reservation at this place and turned out to be a great experience! It was a first date and wanted to take my date somewhere memorable. Was surprised at the set-up (Sitting at a food bar, with an open kitchen) but actually added to the ambience. Food was excellent, as was the service. Although a bit pricey, definitely would recommend for romantics and special occasions. Was disappointed that the wait staff didn't mention the gondola ride offered by the hotel right outside, knowing that this was a first date. I just happened to remember out of the blue, and soon as I mentioned it our waiter gave me two free passes. Overall, though very good experience and something must've worked because I got a second date.;-)

My wife and I celebrated our seventh wedding anniversary with the SWB's "Wine Me, Dine Me" experience, and we were thrilled with the service, quality of the food dishes, and the inter-activeness with the staff. Chef Juan and Pasty Chef Jessica particularly went above-and-beyond to make us feel welcome and to have a mostmemorable evening. Chef Juan was warm and candid with us as we interacted through the evening. Chef Jessica spent some time early in the evening getting to know us before selecting the perfect desert treat for us. It was very neat to sit at the kitchen bar overlooking the chefs' work-stations and to be able to talk to them as they prepapared our food and the food of the other patrons.

Overall, a great experience, though overpriced. There should have been more discussion from someone versed with wines. Larger pours would be nice.

Fantastic menu and the wine pairings were spot on. Got lucky and had the valentines menu which was amazing. Highly recommend it to foodies and the price was a bargain for what you get.

Second time at "Wine Me Dine Me" and, like the first time, this did not disappoint. The food was exceptional and the service matched the food. We are out of towners and usually try to fit this into our itinerary when visiting Phoenix.

What an awesome experience. The chefs prepare a fabulous 4 course meal, complete with Tequilla and wine for each course. The food they prepare is original and not available on the regular menu. Each chef prepares something special just for you and it tastes FANTASTIC! Very friendly! Wonderful experience -- definitely must try for a special occasion!!

We went on a birthday trip with friends for my wife. We stayed at the Hyatt and had a fun dinner at Wine-me Dine-me. A few high notes - My wife has a very restrictive diet but I called ahead and they created a menu for the night around her restrictions - it was creative and good. I like that you are sitting with the chefs. They were interactive, informative, social and even wrote up the recipe for the mushroom soup for us to make at home (though we haven't perfected it yet). The only negative is that the dinner was paired with local wines. It's not that they were bad wines but for such a great meal they were a noteworthy weak spot.
