Wine 5 CafeKenyan experienceOur visit was on the Friday night at the beginning of Memorial weekend. The restaurant was expecting us, we were greeted by name (good guesswork!), and immediately seated in a very nice booth. The ambiance is quaint, welcoming and crisply clean, yet comfortably homey. A good wine list is offered. The selection of food was varied, some unusual, but with good descriptions. Our choices were artfully presented, and equally pleasing to the palate. The service was attentive, but not hovering or intrusive...which we like. Overall, I'd say everything was "just right", and we will be returning!5/24/2013 12:00:00 AMWine 5 Cafe is Great!Wine 5 is our favorite family restaurant. The food, a fusion of American and West African, is delicious with beautiful presentation. The chef and staff cheerfully accommodate the children in our family and we often celebrate birthdays and other special events there. The special menus the chef prepares for Thanksgiving and other holidays are amazing!5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMNice neighborhood placeGood food; it is interesting fare with African and British Empire influences.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMOur book club meets at WineOur book club meets at Wine 5 every month and we love it.
