Enjoy a diverse selection of offerings, ranging from great Canadian comfort food in the Windermere… Pub, to chef-driven artisanal cuisine in the Rousseau Grill, and delectable bar bites, sushi and custom cocktails in the lobby bar and veranda. Reservations are offered at the Rosseau Grill only, with seating in the Windermere Pub and PJ’s Lounge being handled on a first- come- first- serve basis.
