This restaurant is an excellent example of fine dining. A bonus was that there were no kids in the dining room which is not what you want when paying $$$$ for fine dining. I guess we were just lucky. I am a hardcore Ruth's Chris fan and this meal proved william douglas the better steakhouse. The drinks were dangerously good. I am not a big drinker but they perfectly paired liquors with fruits and vegetables for drinks that showcased the science behind the drink and showed the mastery of our mixologist. The food was incredible whether steak or seafood. It was my brothers birthday and they printed happy birthday on the menus and gave him one rolled up with ribbon to comemmorate the evening as well as putting candles in the chocolate lava cake. The lobster mac is a must have and is big enough to be an entree. I had surf and turf with what was the best lobster tail I've had. The steaks were perfect. The martinis were awesome. The waiters were friendly and very attentive. We will be back a.s.a.p.

Singing piano player added to the ambiance but was a bit too loud when trying to hold a conversation at the table. NOT broiled! Other cuts at table were very tasty. Lobster mac and cheese was VERY fishy-smelling, lobster again tasting as if it were boiled, not grilled.
