All steaks for our party of four were cooked perfectly, as was the added lobster - none were overdone. The quality of the meat was good, and the au poivre sauce was delicious. Side dishes were excellent. Upon request, we received sliced strawberries for dessert, instead of the listed heavier items. The waitstaff was great, accomodating, yet not overbearing. The waiter quipped while removing the lobster tail meat from the shell, "let me de-bone this for you."
