"Arrived a few min early for our 8:30 reservation, whisked away to a semi-private area in the rear. Dim indirect lighting set a romantic mood. Prices are high for the CNY area, but you don't get outstanding service like this around here, either. Presented with an amuse bouche of a hand-made gnochi dotted with a couple sauces. Started w/Duck Confit Nachos where the "nachos" were fried plantain. I ordered the Dover Sole while my wife got the Scallops Tasting. Before main course we were served a raspberry sorbet that packed quite a punch of fruit flavor. Scallops beautifully presented on black marble platter, while sole's simple & elegant presentation matched the food. Shared Cherry Napolean for dessert. A final "gift" of sweets ended the meal"
