Wildflower - TucsonOur special occasion placeWe have been going to Wildflower for 15 years. The food is excellent, and so is the service. The patio is great when weather permits. Loved the special birthday dessert, too!5/6/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding dinner for twoOutstanding dinner for two couples. Great food. Attentive service and not rushed - in spite of being there on a busy Friday evening. Noise level is high but did not inhibit conversation.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMFavorite Spot in TownExcept for the percussion in the piped in music, this place is perfect. The food presentation was beautiful and had good flavor. My mahi could have had a little more seasoning, but it still fresh and flavorful. My wife ordered the scallops and found said they were amazing. The ambiance was great for visiting. We would go back.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMLoved the ease of making aLoved the ease of making a reservation on-line any time.

The service is always great and I love the fresh, tasty, seasonal, unique menu items! The ambiance is wonderful and very versatile - perfect for a romantic dinner or an upbeat, stylish outing with friends. And for you ladies: their dessert Bars if Sin is their famous chocolate dessert that has won awards and was ranked the 5th best chocolate dessert in the state!!!4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMAwesome Service and Food!I have been going to Wildflower for over 10 years. The service is awesome the food great. It is one of my favorite place to go for a night out.4/10/2013 12:00:00 AMAlthough the food was good,Although the food was good, there are some that a) do not want their food piled on top of each other even though that may be the "upscale" way to do it, and b) some people would not prefer their fish and rib dinners in a bowl. (Who got that idea?) Maybe you could inform diners how you present the food and perhaps give them a option? You have a nice restaurant in a great location but will think twice before returning.4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways enjoy it.Quite noisy but great food, service and atmosphere.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AM6-layer dark chocolate cake, YUM!Always fresh and delicious. Waiter was ver accomodating, and we were 4 adults, including my 97-year old Mom. He treated her with respect and was quite patient, even though it was busy. The fish of the night melted in my mouth, but do save room for the 6-layer chocolate cake with homemade salt-caramel drizzle. Generous size, perfect for sharing!4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMEaster Dining without a Buffet!!!Food was very tasty and portions were just right, not too much served but left you feeling satisfied.
Would recommend to friends.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful food but way tooWonderful food but way too noisy inside. But, we'll be back & maybe try the patio.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMMy wife and I were seatedMy wife and I were seated outside at a very private table which was nice. The The Calamari was good and light and crispy. I enjoyed the mixed greens salad and my wife ordered the same but she thought that it could have used more dressing. I had a nice bottle of Pinoir Noir. Wine is 1/2 off on Tuesday's. My wife enjoyed her pasta with chicken. I ordered the ribeye which had excellent flavor and the gravy and sides were excellent. I ordered it medium rare and it was prepared medium well. It was really good so I proceeded to eat much of it. The waiter did eventually make it by and I showed him my steak. A new one was promptly brought at proper temp. A manager also stopped by and it was handled well.3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMI love the Wild Flower Restaurant,I love the Wild Flower Restaurant, I have lunch with my friends there once a month.

Only negative was it was very noisy!!!3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMAs other guests have said,As other guests have said, if you want to avoid the restaurant noise, ask for a table on the patio. It is a much better atmosphere, especially if you are only a twosome.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding dining establishment..bOutstanding dining establishment..be sure to make reservations. The service was as great as was the food; the noise level indoor dining not acceptable; outdoor patio was acceptable, and 'quiet' relative to the terrible indoor acoustics.
The green salad Butterleaf on menu butterleaf medjool dates, goat cheese, almonds & creamy basil dressing. The main entrees of Bouillabaisse, Pork Osso Bucco were outstanding; the Lemon Grass Scallopsjustat first and second bite lived up to their reviews/recommedations, but the flavors did not sustain favorably for this reviewer throughout ingesting. Our server Patrick was knowledgable, friendly, and was available when we needed him...fine ! Definitely a restrauant to revisit and refer. Loved it !3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful food! Staff wasWonderful food! Staff was very accommodating to special dietary requests (leaving the meat out of certain dishes) with just the OpenTable email heads up. Lovely covered patio. The only problem was deciding which of the tasty treats to order!

i was deeply saddened to hear that Ben the manager is no longer with Wildflower. he was one of the reasons i loved dining there so much. he went beyond the call of duty and having been in the restaurant industry myself, i would say he was a real gem. i wish him all the best.3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMA little on the noisy side,A little on the noisy side, but not annoyingly so -- after all, we were eating on the patio. Interesting combination of flavors in the scallop and black rice dish. The Osso bucco fell apart right off the bone. Right amount of food in each dish.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Date Night SpotThis was our first visit to this restaurant. We wanted to try something new for our anniversary, and the menu looked pretty appealing. When we arrived, we were struck by the beautiful decor. The color scheme of white, blue and silver is very classy. We enjoyed being seated in a plush blue velvet booth, perfect for snuggling up close between courses.
We had the chef's board appetizer, which was delicious, two creative cocktails, great entrees, and decadent desserts. My entree was a little small, but I was glad for it when my dessert arrived, because it was huge! You might want to split.
Our server was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and good at recommendations.
Perfect for a date or impressing out of town guests!3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMWe have been there beforeWe have been there before but the couple who joined us had not been and were very impressed. Great food, though!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMBetter than ever! The fourBetter than ever! The four of us have dined here often. All of us thought tonights experience was wonderful. The twice cooked chicken, the scallops, and the salmon entrees were all really well prepared and delicious! Tonights special dessert was a banana bread pudding that was out of this world! The service could not have been better!
I tend to reserve 5 star ratings for the truly extraordinary, otherwise I would have given it to Wildflower.1/11/2013 12:00:00 AMReally enjoyed our dinner!Really enjoyed our dinner! We were in the mood for fish and all three of us ordered the trout which was fresh and delicious. We also shared the classic smoked salmon appetizer which was terrific. The doughnut desert was wonderful as well. The service was friendly and capable. They have added a few reasonably priced red wines from Spain. We had the first one on the list of reds, a blend, priced at $40, and it was quite nice.
A very enjoyable experience!12/13/2012 12:00:00 AMMy First 5 out of 5!5 out of 5. Wildflower can stand it's own among the best in much larger "foodie" cities. This is a continued Tucson treasure and tradition that set the tone for great cuisine in this community. There is no other here that can stand up. The flavors and experience is unexpected at every turn and exceeds expectations from the first course. And by the way... I have never handed out a 5 out of 5, ever.12/1/2012 12:00:00 AM
