We noticed as we entered the restaurant that they had misters for the outside dining. They felt really nice as we walked in. I noticed our entrees seemed to be taking just a little bit too long (if even that) to come out. Right about the same time our server let us know that our food would be out shortly. The manager stopped by and asked if there was anything she could do for us. Although we declined anything then, she still comped our dessert for us. I was impressed that they were genuinely concerned that our food was taking a little longer to be served. The food is always fresh, well prepared and the service is top notch. They just know how to do it here and it must be managed very well. The Market salad is a favorite of mine since I'm a vegetarian. I've ordered it in a double size for dinner and it becomes my main meal. My husband loves the scallops, gets them almost every time. It was a warm evening, we sat outside with the misters cooling the temperature just enough. Service was a bit slow, but we were in no rush. We had a lovely relaxed meal, with portions ample enough to take home some for another meal. My parents had been longtime residents of Tucson and I visited them for about a week. Little did I realize it, but the restaurant was actually new to Tucson at that time. After a week of some rather boring, tasteless food, I had to get a break. I didn't tell them, but I slipped away for an evening meal by myself. I was pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant that put out a great menu at an affordable price. Since then I've probably visited them at least yearly. Unlike so many restaurants, they didn't rest on their laurels, but they've continued to evolve as food has changed. And, they've also stayed on top of the interior/exterior designs. The service, menu, wine list, quality and specials were quite good. My only knock, and it is a small one, is that the restaurant itself was very noisy. It is a large space with hard surfaces and no dividing walls, and thus, there is absolutely nothing to absorb sound. The restaurant was not overly crowded when we were there, and nobody was talking exceptionally loudly, but the reverberating sound made it almost impossible to hear the server and each other at the table. The The Calamari was good and light and crispy. I enjoyed the mixed greens salad and my wife ordered the same but she thought that it could have used more dressing. I had a nice bottle of Pinoir Noir. Wine is 1/2 off on Tuesday's. My wife enjoyed her pasta with chicken. I ordered the ribeye which had excellent flavor and the gravy and sides were excellent. I ordered it medium rare and it was prepared medium well. It was really good so I proceeded to eat much of it. The waiter did eventually make it by and I showed him my steak. A new one was promptly brought at proper temp. The appetizer, Calamari with Field Greens makes a nice lunch salad and it is excellent.

The main entrees of Bouillabaisse, Pork Osso Bucco were outstanding; the Lemon Grass Scallopsjustat first and second bite lived up to their reviews/recommedations, but the flavors did not sustain favorably for this reviewer throughout ingesting.
