I should have complained and refused the drink but I was a woosie. I'll go back but I won't order an alcoholic drink. Our server was wonderful- friendly and helpful, she offered us really good choices on both food and drinks, checked up on us periodically to make sure everything was fine and made sure we had a good experience overall. It was our anniversary, which I mentioned in the reservations, and they made it feel special and acknowledged it by bringing us a free and delicious dessert! I had the salmon and it was really good- flavorful and not too fishy tasting. My husband had the lemon pepper chicken breasts and it was moist and very tasty. The only thing I did not like was the price of their martini's. I like a Grey Goose Vodka Martini straight up with three olives, and at $15.00 per drink you probably do not want to have more than one. If you would like a drink before dinner, consider something other than a martini. Another plus was the desert tray. Our server told us that any of the deserts could be served as a half portion. This allowed all of us to have a little taste of something sweet at the end of a very good meal. Will I go back to Wildfire? Our waiter was amazing! So helpful, he explained everything and made wonderful suggestions. The bisque was like none other and our filets were cooked perfectly. I was very happy I ordered the petite, because that was more than generous. The only thing I did not love was the broccoli. Will try another side next visit. We never order dessert when we dine out but they looked to good to turn down. We got a small sampler and were very apply we did! As I said, overall a wonderful experience and we loved our server! I had the seafood trio (crab cake, bacon-wrapped scallops, salmon), and my husband had the mixed grill (lamb chop, pork chop, beef filet). The service was excellent, with our waiter handling our orders so as to make our dining experience a pleasant one. The noise level was between quiet and moderate, which we appreciate since many places today are so loud you can't hear. But we could have a good conversation, and that was important. He is always cheerful & right on with recommendations! For drinks, we had always wonderful apple martinis! Started w the bacon-wrapped scallops ("bacon is the candy of meats"). For dinner we had the dry NY Strip Steak and Pistachio Crusted Flounder. Finally, we had the Door County Cherry Pie. All were wonderful.
