"Went to Wildfire for Sunday brunch on Easter Sunday and the food was great however the slow service left us wanting for better. It took almost 20 minutes to get drinks and another 10 minutes to get a coffee refilled. I will note it was very busy but they should be prepared for that. We love wildfire and will go back, but for the price the service should be great and not just good."

"I have been to Wildfire Schaumburg several times and loved it but I didn't have the greatest experience at the Lincolshire location. My complaints are: My wife and I had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation. While waiting you could hear other couples and groups complaining about the wait....how they were told "another 15 minutes" every 15 minutes. As far as the food, the steak was great but my wife ordered the halibut that she loves there. It was overcooked and very dry."

"i have eaten at this restaurant numerous times and many times i have asked for a chicken sandwhich that is on the lunch menu and they have always complied, this time they said that the best they could do was to crust the current chicken sandwhich that was listed on the dinner menu"
