A word from Wild Alaskan Restaurant and Bar
Wild Alaskan Restaurant and Bar is a casual dining experience in the heart of Incline Village. We offer a friendly atmosphere fit for large groups, families and couples. Come enjoy our cozy fireplace during the winter and our outdoor patio seating during the summer.

Our specialty is seafood, however we have something for everyone! We serve wild salmon from the Copper River in Alaska. A customer favorite is our Wild Thai Seafood soup. If you"re not in the mood for fish, we also have a wide variety of other options including sandwiches, tacos, wraps and entrees. Try our teriyaki rice bowls or thai curry made with your choice of seafood, meat or make it vegetarian.

Also, be sure to stop by our Happy Hours. That's right; two Happy Hours! Enjoy drink specials and specially priced menu items during our traditional Happy Hour from 3 to 6 p.m. Then come back for more drink specials from 9 to 10 p.m.

Great casual dining spot in shopping center ,large selection of fresh fish prepared in a variety of ways, including grilled, tacos, curries, wraps, and full plate meals. Choice of soups, and soup was served nice and hot Large portions, reasonably priced. Do not miss it when you are in the area

We were looking forward to trying this restaurant out and was not expecting a very slow service, we had to constantly ask for water, silverware, etc, things we expect should already been part of reg service. The appetizer was really yummy and had to explain to the waitress the difference of Boston and New England chowder as I wasn't sure which they were serving and apparently they didn't know either. Our entree was decent but not for the price we paid, was hoping for amazing dinner considering the rating that was posted.

This is a very casual, unassuming restaurant that serves wonderful Copper River salmon. The preparation was so simple yet perfect. The service was odd - it wasn't bad but the waiter wasn't very knowledgeable and seemed to lack interest in us. The location was convenient for the Tahoe Summerfest concert. We found out at the concert that we should have been offered a discount for attending the concert but this wasn't mentioned to us even though we told the waiter we were attending the concert.

First, the chicken apple sausage appetizer ($9.95) was about 12 coin sized pieces of sausage. Not worth the price at all. The kids Mac and cheese was kraft and also a small portion. The salmon was over cooked and drowned in a sloppy dill sauce. The fish and chips were good but over priced for the portion. Inflated prices for sub par food. Don't waste your time

My husband and I were visiting from out-of-town and googled good places to eat fish. They came up and their salmon special that night was incredible! We enjoyed everything: our salad, clam chowder, wine and salmon! Highly recommend!

Nice ambiance. Fairly priced. Good service for only one waiter for the whole restaurant on a not-so-busy night. Food was fair at best, though fresh and nicely prepared. Only 3 beers offered on tap which did not vary much for different palates. My wife and I lean on the healthy side, but most offerings were abundant in simple carbohydrates and/or saturated fat. If you want fine dining, would choose another restaurant. For a sandwich/burger and beer, the restaurant is fine.

When in Incline, save a meal for the Wild Alaskan....a great meal at a reasonable price. Try the appetizer sampler....sesame tuna, garlic prawns, and the other morsels were delicious. We also found the Clam Chowder to be exceptional as well as the Thai soup. For the main entree, we found the Salmon filet to be excellent.... The Halibut was a nice big filet of fish but a little under prepared so stick with the Salmon. Enjoy!

Our group of 8 was very impressed with the Wild Alaskan. From the Salmon two ways, to shrimp tacos, steak and salad - everyone agreed we would return on our next trip to Incline Village. The wasabe sauce is to die for and they sell it to go - better pick some up. We had it on eggs the next morning and tamales for lunch. This is a must visit on your next trip to North Lake Tahoe.

We asked the waiter to give us 'inside' information on the best dishes. We did take three of his suggestions and they were all fresh, beautiful and yummy. The portion sizes were very nice for a hungry family and the food was excellent. The best seared tuna we have had this summer.

The service was great and the Salmon and salad was really good. If it wasn't for the rice I would probably give it 4 stars. The brown rice tasted and looked like minute rice which was disappointing.

Wild Alaskan is kind of a neighborhood dive bar (not meant in a negative way)with pretty good food, prepared in a simple way. The teriyaki rice bowls were just right but the fish and chips were really greasy and oily. They need to figure that out, 'cuz the fish I had was perfect.

The Wild Alaskan has some excellent items - there is a soup on the menu that is absolutely amazing. Some of the dishes may not be your favorites, but the seafood is very fresh and they do serve wild alaskan salmon on the menu. It seems to be not very crowded whenever I have been there, but it surprises me everytime.

The menu offered unique items like my Salmon wrap and my spouse's Halibut burger (more like a sandwich than a burger, but still...). They had some different beers on tap (Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat that I had). The owner was our server and everything was just so pleasant. It's a bit hard to find, tucked into the corner of a shopping center but if you find Raley's turn around and you'll see their sign. I'm so glad we found this place. It was nice to have something different for lunch than the typical burger and fries lunch! The owner says the place really gets hopping in the summer so it might be a fun bar scene in the middle of summer, but our spring lunch was just nice, quiet, and relaxed.
