Made a reservation for dinner at 16:45 through dinner - Wickets stops lunch at 15:00 and doesn't start dinner until 18:00. Nevertheless, the staff was happy to seat us on arrival and provide a menu of great wines and fantastically unique cocktails to sample until dinner.
Like Marinus, the dinner menu changes daily so the one listed here may not be what is available. I had my heart set on a duck breast and risotto dish listed here but not available and they were happy to oblige!
The staff was wonderfully attentive and the food was spectacular! My husband and I split a Cesear salad, which was perfect for two. I had the lobster with mushrooms and creamed spinach , which greatly exceeded my expectations. My husband had a filet steak which was cooked to perfection, and delicious as well. We had the Creme Brûlée for dessert, which was the best we've ever had. Excellent wine and service.
