The food was good and the portions were humongous. I really liked the spinach artichoke dip and the salsa was amazing!!! I got chicken and ribs and my bf got mahi. Both were tasty. The ribs were a tad dry though. The Blondie brownie was definitely worth the wait.

Our server, Kendal, was a gem! Cheerful, didn't hover, brought a fresh chilled glass for my martini when I halfway thru, made menu suggestions... Grilled artichoke was terrific! Ordered the blackened mahi and was a tad disappointed at its dryness, but that may be because I ordered the Creole sauce on the side. Companion ordered the parmesan crusted filet and she was very pleased. Caprese appetizer was average. Nice atmosphere, good menu, good wine list.

I ate there religiously about 2 years ago and we thought it was heaven. We went a few days ago and thought the place should go out of business. Food was cold and terrible. I asked for new french fries since the original one that they gave ne sat under the heat for a long time came out the same after supposedly providing me fresh ones. Steak came out medium rate when it was supposed to be medium well.

We had a group of four - two of us are vegetarians. Our server, Brian, was obviously annoyed that he had to serve our table. He was friendly and attentive to the other tables in our section, but wouldn't say more than two words to our table. The food was decent, but we won't be returning.

This time it was not up to par. We ordered off the gate menu and started with the spinach dip and chips. Have had spinach dip elsewhere multiple times and each of them were way better than this one. I had blackened mahi that was supposed to be topped with crab. Could not find crab anywhere on the plate, and certainly not on top of my extremely thin piece of fish. The chocolate soufflé for dessert was overcooked. But the worst thing about this night was our waiter. Not once did he smiled through the entire evening. Rushed us through the courses so we didn't have time to finish one before getting the next one. Entrées came out literally a couple minutes after apps; asked for dessert order halfway thru entrees! Never got rolls we asked for.

The wife and I had a great dinner at WCG Friday night! Walked right in, checked in with our Opentable reservation, received out puck, and were seated within 5 minutes. The staff gave us first class treatment from time time we sat down, to the moment we stepped out the door. Expertly prepared food, completely aware of my food allergies, fantastic cocktails, and an overall great experience. And the brownie desert...wow omg... quite a taste bud overload!

For the first time ever eating there I unfortunately have to report the service and food was sub par. I ordered the mahi with crab. What crab? My fish was overcooked, therefore very tough. My mashed potatoes did have gravy but it had way too much nutmeg. Unfortunately the waitress did not check on us a single time after our meals were presented.

Advised reservation it was a birthday celebration and nothing happened. Disappointing. The filet mignon was specifically ordered medium with pink ok but absolutely no red. Came out red, had to send it back. Rest of party completed meal before filet was returned. When filet came back the broccoli was soggy and no comment from man (unknown who he was) placed it on table. Not even a Sorry or try it now. He put it down and walked away! Our waitress was very energetic and always kept our glasses filled. We have been here before and have always had to send a meal back because it was not cooked correctly as ordered. There are better places to drop the big bucks. Unfortunate!

I've been to WCG many times, the service is always on-point and pleasant. I love that the re-pour your martini into a fresh chilled glass after it's half gone so that it stays nice and cold. The restaurant is trimmed in dark wood, comfy cushion seating, and is dimly lit. They always keep it nice and cool, which is a nice respite from the Phoenix heat. My husband and I are both fish lovers and had the steelhead trout, we both remarked that it was the best trout we had had in a very long time. Perfectly prepared, flaky and delicious and a large portion size. I had it with their Israeli couscous, which I always have there because it's some of the best around.

We hadn't been to White Chocolate for several years and now I remember why. It is nothing special and noisy. The food was ok but not great. The crab cakes were pretty good crab but no Maryland spices. My friends had the ribs which they thought were good but not great. You can only order a full rack and not a half rack. The side of rice was pretty good. Overall it was pricey for what you get. Too many other places that give you more bang for the buck.

Love the Atlantic salmon and Israeli couscous! Courteous staff and very pleasant about a need to re-do the vegees. The broccoli came out overdone. Perfect and quick the second time around. I have been wanting to try White Chocolate Grill for some time and finally got my chance. I was not disappointed. I made a reservation last minute because I didn't know what the wait would be on a Friday night. They seated me as soon as I walked in, before my reservation time, and being the only one in my party to have arrived. Our server, Brian, was amazing. He was attentive, sweet, and knowledgeable. The rest of my party arrived in at different times and he gave us time to look at the menu and make drink selections without hovering or feeling rushed. He also made great recommendations for the desserts and for dinner but was not pushy about any of it. I would absolutely go back again, and request Brian for our server.

White Chocolate Grill is my go-to restaurant for many things...guests, citrus-soy salmon, happy hour, dinner after movie, etc. The last visit was with guests, and unfortunately the food, specifically the beef dip sandwich was a huge disappointment. Having dined there dozens and dozens of times without a failure, this food experience was a bummer. Everything else was as good as always, but the main reason we go to White Chocolate is the consistently good food, so a tough, chewy, tasteless beef sandwich was a big surprise. Hope it was an anomaly...

Dont know what I got. The server said that Ono was the fish of the day. It happens to be my favorite. Husband ordered Sea Bass, friend ordered The same and I ordered Ono. The fourth entree was Salmon. When the oder came all thee of us got the exact same square piece of fish finished the same way. The food runner had no idea what the food was, the waiter never came over until we were way into our food. We had a time crunch since we were going tomthe MIM for a David Sandborn concert. But, the fish, whatever it was, was very good.
