White Chocolate Grill - ScottsdaleWent for Restaurant Week--AMAZING!Wow--went for AZ Restaurant Week and the food was fantastic. My Mom and I both had the Idaho trout, wonderfully grilled and deboned. My boyfriend had the soy citrus salmon and said it was perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. My Dad had the prime rib and it was HUGE! He took enough home for two more meals. Three of had the corn salad as our side, served cold with tomatoes and fresh herbs--very refreshing. We had each of the two dessert selections chocolate souffle cake and white chocolate brownie. OMG both were out of this world. Souffle cake had fresh whipped cream on top and Crème anglaise on the plate -- one of the most decadent desserts I've ever eaten. The chocolate soufflé was grand and was one of the best desserts I have eaten anywhere. We go for special occasions only as it is a place we use to reward ourselves for milestones in our lives. Appetizer (chips with cheese spread, guacamole and salsa) and main courses (chicken crepes and crab cakes) were delicious. Bread pudding (with croissants, caramel drizzle and whipped cream) dessert was highlight of the experience.
Brought wrong dessert (cheesecake) first time.
Had trouble hearing each other due to noise (borderline detraction).
I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Chicken meat was tender enough to slide off the bone and practically melt in your mouth. the carrots and seasoning enchancing the flavor of the chicken. Ribs bbq sauce mild which brought out the taste of the meat more than the sauce(excellent in my opinion)
We were greeted by a friendly hostess, and seated with prompt drink service. Our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the menu and pairings.
