Diner Reviews
  • "This was my second visit to White Chocolate Grill. This time with my husband and cousin; the first with four girlfriends. Both were for lunch and both experiences were fabulous! As a coincidence, we had the same waiter, Jeff. This guy was incredible in all ways: his interaction with the diners was affable and appropriate; his knowledge of the menu, specials, and food prep explanations were right on; and his timing was perfect - not hovering, and not elusive. Both times, everyone in my party raved about their menu choice. The food was exceptional - the best burger I have ever had: The Magtag Burger! (BTW, this is the first time I have ever written a restaurant review, but I HAD to - it was such a great experience!)"

  • "We really enjoyed the view and the food selections, but the noise level is too loud for conversation. What you call "energetic" is OK for a bar scene, but if you're trying to catch up with friends over dinner, it's too loud."

  • "Wonderful food and romantic ambiance. Sunday nights have been our dinner out/date night for a while now. We usually pick a new restaurant every week. This is one of only a handful we would come back to! The only downside is that the wait staff can be a little over attentive. A little too much " and how are we doing here?""

  • "We have lived in Colorado for six years and have eaten at White Chocolate Grill countless times. We have never had a bad meal there. The cocktails are perfect, the meals are wonderful and the service has always been excellent. However, the only negative we have experienced every time is that it is so LOUD! No matter where we sit, we find it very hard to hear whoever happens to be at our table with us. i don't know how that can be remedied, however, it would be great if that could be done! WCG is a lovely, classy place where every employee is courteous, gracious, accommodating and friendly! We love this restaurant and will continue to patronize it. I don't know anyone in our circle of friends who doesn't love the White Chocolate Grill!"

  • "The menu was great - something for everyone, I think. It was a little different that we had 3 or 4 different servers (they said they worked as a team) and they ovelapped a little bit. As with many restaurants, within 5-10 seconds of sitting down we were asked what we wanted to drink. I had no time at all to look at their wines, which I always find annoying! But the food was amazing and I would go back for sure."

  • "Don't bother to make a reservation! I made one for 6pm, we were there about 10 mins early and got checked in but we didn't get seated until almost 6:20pm. We saw people come in after we did and get seated before us. We made the reservations because we had plans later in the evening since we were celebrating a birthday and it was just very disappointing that our schedule was interrupted because of it. We didn't even have time for dessert. I also noticed that people that were seated after us received their food before we did. It seemed that the waitress was more interested in helping the bigger parties that she had. Just a very disappointing experience!!"

  • "The food at White Chocolate was excellent as usual, but we were disappointed that the reservation provided through Open Table was ineffective. We had a 6:30 reservation which was not honored until 6:50. Others entered the restaurant without reservations and were seated ahead of our party. Why do you penalize those who get reservations days in advance and give preference to walk-ins? Your system does not work. We will think twice about using Open Table when we desire to return to White Chocolate Grill."

  • "We were celebrating a birthday and brought our out-of-town guests to WCG for dinner. Our waiter was Jared (sp?). However, one meal, the Citrus Soy-Glazed Salmon came to the table charred and over-cooked. It was sent back to the kitchen where the "manager" then came over to our table to school the diner in how the salmon was prepared correctly, and wanting to know what the "diners expectations were for another salmon plate". As a side note, this diner has eaten this exact salmon dish no less than 10 times before. When the salmon came back out, it was cooked exactly the same way. It wasn't eaten. At the end of the meal, the waiter brought a lit candle, melted to the plate as a birthday dessert - very much insulting."

  • "Great food and service as always! Our friends with us were celebrating their 43rd wedding anniversary...they enjoyed WC as well!"

  • "The service was excellent, the food was very good, and the dessert was delicious!! We went there for my husbands Bbirthday and he was really excited to try their signature Whiskey. The Whiskey list was very impressive and a manager came over to give a great explanation of what was best. My husband loved the Whiskey trio!! We'll definitely be back! We even took our 2year old and it was fitting for her as well!"

  • "As always, the White Chocolate Grill was wonderful! Classy, courteous, respectful wait staff. Distribution of tables per staff member never leaves you feeling ignored. They are very observant to your needs. Drinks were wonderful. They have a great Bourbon selection and are one of the few places that don't screw up an old fashioned. A++! Also, the steak cob salad has got to be the best anywhere!"

  • "We had Filet Mignon Cobb Salad and the steak sandwich and both were delicious. Our server was very nice and extremely efficient. We always enjoy coming to WTC and have never had a bad meal or bad setvice."

  • "We live 90 min away and needed to find a place for dinner near the shopping area. We were able to pull up the menu online and even book a reservation. The staff was friendly, the food was served in a timely manner, numerous staff would walk by and if they noticed we needed something, they would take care of it. Food presentation was wonderful and everything that was ordered tasted wonderful. We would definitely return."

  • "We met up with friends there because I have Celiac, and they have a fantastic gluten-free menu. All five of us had an excellent meal. The only complaint I have is about their french fries. They were rather greasy and were only lukewarm. Considering all of the rest of the food was excellent, the fries were a disappointment. Three people from our group had different salads, and each of them raved they were the best salads they had ever had."

  • "The ahi tuna salad was so fresh and the champagne vinaigrette dressing was light and absolutely delicious. Ahi was cooked to perfection and the presentation was beautiful. Our service was great, very friendly attentive staff."

  • "9 pm on a staturday niight and the restaurant is full of babies and young childeren running around. I saw one adult man walk in wearing a tank top. Not a good place for a romantic dinner even 8 on a Saturday night. The waiting area was full of children. The food was good but expensive given the casual family atmosphere."

  • "The best things on the menu are the salads, especially he ahi salad. The chicken tortilla soap was not even mediocre. The chicken sandwich was totally forgettable. Some will find the amibiance good, others may think that you are sitting in the balacony of a movie theater. The restaurant may be OK at the end of a long day of shopping at Park Meadows but I have to believe that there are better choices in and around the mall."

  • "Energetic does not describe the noise level and we were there for lunch!!! It looks like they have done many things on the ceiling to curb this but don't go there for a business meeting or to close a deal or to propose because no one can hear what you are saying!"

  • "Our group of four each chose a different meal. All were appetizing and we're enjoyed very much. We wetter there early in the evening and the noise level was high but we could hear each other. Will recommend."

  • "A great location to dine. I really enjoyed that they also carry local brewery beer on tap (Lone Tree Brewery). The food was excellent and did not disappoint the guest that came into town. Stacked Enchiladas were a big hit. Both filets were perfectly cooked to medium rare. When you dine here, I do recommend sitting in the booths vs. the tall table with bar stool/chairs. I felt like my legs were never able to get comfortable. This is a don't miss place to dine, and I will be back again."

  • "The food was very good, but the service was kind slow: we had to wait for 15 min for the waiter to show up after we were sit. And as in the most of the restaurants, unfortunately, if you ask for something, like extra plate or ketchup, you have wait for a good 5 min for this thing to be brought"

  • "Jared was our server and he rocked! He even brought another chilled martini glass half way through my very good extra dirty martini! My friend enjoyed her mojito as well. Just a really nice place to dine! It was our special BFF day and this was a great choice for a splurge!!! Pulled pork was very good. And I had the french dip! So yummy! Ignore all negative reviews and enjoy!"

  • "We have been to White Chocolate Grill on numerous occasions and the food is consistently good. They have great choices for a group of individuals. Everyone is always able to find something they enjoy and the food is prepared well. I ordered the Chicken Enchiladas and for not being a Mexican food focused restaurant, they were delicious. Their salads are fantastic also. Others in our party ordered the ribs and found them to be delicious also. We finished by sharing their apple dessert and it was excellent."

  • "I was pleasantly impressed with the choice of restaurant we picked for our dining pleasure. It was our first time dining at The White Chocolate grill and it did not disappoint. The salads were good for our appetizer. I loved the citrus-soy glazed salmon along with my choice of a side dish which was the couscous. My husband got the balsamic rib eye with his choice of glazed carrots for his side dish. It was good too. We shared the white chocolate brownie and it was delicious! All in all great food, nice place, and good service. I will definitely want to come back. :)"

  • "This restarurant was a convenient location to meet a friend who lives South of Denver. I'm a food and restaurant snob, so I'll qualify this review by making that statement right up front. This restaurant was fine, but I prefer local and fresh to chains and pre-prepared meal. I had the roasted chicken and it was actually very good. The broccoli that I orderd to go with it however looks and tasted like it was sitting in a warmer having been prepared hours before. Walking into a mall setting for a dining experience is also not my preference. The service was attentative. Some may like this experience, it is just not my preference."

  • "Our party of four had Idaho Trout, Salmon and Balsamic Rib eye, all were superb and beautiful to look at. The Honey glazed carrots are a must. I’m sure we will return soon to further explore the menu."

  • "The food was tasted wonderful. I had the Asian grilled salmon. It was delicious. The honey roasted carrots tasted so good, they cannot be good for you. The chocolate soufle for dessert was the perfect end to a perfect meal"

  • "Food was impeccable! Good thing too or we wouldn't go back! First off, we were meeting a couple who had already arrived at our table and had drinks. The waiter comes around and tries to take our food order before offering us drinks. Second, when we do order, we order the seemingly scrumptious spinach dip to be disappointed when it didn't come out at all. The food came first. We said nothing hoping the waiter would realize the mistake. He didn't so we went along eating the food. Bill comes and he didn't remember to put it in at all. Hopefully, we will have better service next time."

  • "My expectations weren't high, but the food was actually quite good. The pork tenderloin was tender, the glazed carrots delicious, and the bread pudding was one of the best I've tasted. The service wasn't great. Moments after we sat down, a server delivered a plate of guacamole we didn't order (we'd been there all of 30 seconds!). Two people tried to take our drink orders before we'd even had time to glance at the menu. Our server said we looked "like we were slowing down" within 10 minutes of our entrees being delivered and offered food boxes (since we'd just gotten started, we declined) and then dropped a dessert menu five minutes later (while we were still eating). Talk about heavy "get out of here so I can turn your table" signals."
