When you want something a bit nicer with good food and very good service, the White Chocolate Grill is a place to consider. Items we ordered were either good or very good. The service was definitely very good - my wife ordered grilled arctic char and when the first attempt was overdone, they quickly prepared a new fillet, properly done, without question. The desserts were good, especially the chocolate mousse cake. The restaurant IS pricey, so we reserve it for special occasions.

This was a great dining experience. The food was delicious and the coctails were really good too. I had the special which was a white fish and it was delicious and my friend had the ribeye, which was one of the best steaks that we ever ate. She let me taste it and it was OH SO GOOD! We shared a white chocolate banana dessert which truly melted in your mouth. I will be going back! (soon I hope!)

The reservation was handled very well. Very friendly hostesses. Ambiance of the restaurant was excellent. Food was the best that I have had for a business lunch. Waiter was good if not a bit too attentive but no big deal really. I left very satisfied. The restaurant is in close proximity to some other very good restaurants- Maggiano's and Morton's but I would unequivocally recommend this restaurant

White Chocolate Grill has raised their prices. It used to be a favorite of mine for lunch, especially the Filet Mignon Cobb salad, however, since they raised their prices, I won't be going for lunch any longer. When lunch for two, exluding alcohol, costs $45, that's not a place I need to go to. We will continue going for dinner, but no longer for lunch.

The Ambiance, Service and Food were very good. Dessert was OUTSTANDING! The only thing is that it was VERY noisy. So noisy, we could barely talk. They put us in this room with several other tables and it was very very loud. If I were to go back again, I would make sure we weren't put in that room. Maybe the overall restaurant wouldn't be so loud.

Visited with a friend in from out of town. A bit noisy at lunch to be able to talk comfortably. Very busy and active. Food was good, although my salad was quite over-dressed which ended up very soggy. Service was efficient, if a bit brisk. Had a glass of wine at the bar after lunch. Bartender was extremely attentive. Would return for happy hour; probably dinner, but may ask for a "quiet" corner.

The steel head trout was good. It was served on mashed potatoes. Beets with blue cheese and nuts were a side dish and very good. We had the WCG salad with bacon, cheese which we really liked. Noise level was level than previous visits. We sat in bar area on upper level.

I ordered my steak rare, it was blue. I ordered an Old Fashioned and the bitters were so overdone that I couldn't drink it. My son ordered a French Dip. The roll was bland, the meat tasted and smelled strange, and the au jus tasted burned. My wife's crab cakes were very fishy tasting. My broccoli was steamed properly but with way too much lemon juice. My daughter got a steak, rare, and enjoyed it. The French fries were good. The apple pie was made with half raw pastry dough. The waitress told us way too much about her personal life. Nice looking place, quiet, but sorry, I wouldn't go back if the food was free.

We had the trout and the salmon along with the roasted beets and everything was delicious and served hot. We each had a field green salad which was very good. We were too full for dessert - maybe next time. We've always been very happy with the food and service at White Chocolate grill. Serving staff is to be commended for their professionalism and NOT once were we referred to as "you guys".

My Wife and I went there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary on a recommendation of a friend. The food portions for the price was EXCELLENT, our server (Brandon) was GREAT and the GM gave us a complimentary slice of cake for our anniversary. One the best dining experiences I had and I would DEFINITELY recommend this restaurant.

Our Waitress Becky was awesome, weve had here in the past and she always takes great care of us. The hostess staff on the other hand, im not sure how people without a reservation get seated on a friday night before someone with a reservation, especially when the people who have reservations get their first. Overall its a great restaurant and the food is fantastic, and the wait staff is always on point! I would highly suggest anyone who hasnt been before, you have to try this place out!

I go to this restaurant every year on my birthday, and I have never been disappointed. I know this sounds crazy, but I LOVE their glazed carrots! I look forward to them every year! Their WCG salad is awesome. I loved my martini (orange vodka with other citrus juices...I think it was called a Vitamin C martini.) Their egg rolls are my favorite appetizer. Their portions are just right. I had a bleu cheese crusted filet which was delicious. The white chocolate brownie was out of this world! Virgil, our server, was awesome. A wonderful night. I'm looking forward to returning next year for my birthday!

First time visit for us and likely the last. We were early so went to bar. Bartender pleasant and quick so no complaint there. However, table waitress was very superficial making no attempt to explain menu. Ordered the Mahi Mahi and was seved perhaps 3 oz of super thin fillet suitable for a light lunch sandwich with a mound of tough, rubbery and tasteless broccoli. The waitress never checked back. For $26.00 I can do better and have a much more enjoyable experience. Given the number of good restaurants in the area, it is easy to pass this one by.

The ambiance was lively in the bar area. But we requested a table rather than a booth, so we were in a nondescript room. That was okay, since we were able to talk and hear one another with no problem. The food was good, but overpriced for what it was. It was not great, and we have had better food at lower prices in other restaurants. The service was good.

Heard great things even about how was good for gluten-free folks. I have to say was unimpressed. The booth I was at near the bar was also a common drink holder for those waiting for their tables. The gluten-free was just normal menu items less whatever the offending thing was, there was not any attempt to create something that works there. The tomato and gin soup was good but the rest was just OK and nothing more. Couple that with the incredibly loud atmosphere and you have an experience that isn't worth repeating.

We've dined here several times. The food is very good but the service has never been more than mediocre. Not bad, just not memorable. Very noisy. And the most annoying thing: every time we've gone to WCG we made a reservation through Open Table and every time we were made to wait even though many tables were visibly available.

The menu has just the right number of selections, and everything we had was very good. The service is what really sold the place. We had an early dinner so it wasn't very busy, but at some places that gives the staff an excuse to slack off. Not here. I can't remember the last time I was as impressed with the service staff at a restaurant, outside of Gibson's in Chicago.

The reservation process was wonderful and I was seated immediately even though many people were waiting without reservations. Restaurant was very noisy and didn't seem like a good place for anything romantic or for conversations. Food was unusual.....I had prime rib and it was served with the bone attached, a HUGE bone! I could not figure out what part of the meat attached to the bone was edible. The service was average to slow. It was the first time there and I don't think I will go back. It was also quite pricy

After hearing so much about this place, I was excited to try it. While the building and decor have a modern/lodge feel, the food was nothing special. Everything I tried tasted OK and the average consumer, will like this place. However, for someone that has eaten at many outstanding restaurants, nothing that blew me away enough that I could really recommend to a friend. Service, however, was good and different people kept stopping by our table to make sure we had everything we needed. I always appreciate good service. However, the food here is forgettable and more like white noise than anything as delectable as white chocolate.

My niece and I needed some quality time to catch up - White Chocolate was the perfect spot early on a Sunday afternoon. We never felt rushed, which was spectacular - the slight downside, we did feel a bit neglected by the server. I recognize there is a "dance" that all servers have to do, but it would have been better if the server popped by a little more often. Food was great - I had the shaved turkey sandwich with mushroom gravy - way tasty!

We have been coming for years but find your sandwiches and salads prices are rising. The fish is too pricey or should offer at least 2 sides for the price. Love the desserts. Will still come in the future but maybe once or twice a year. We were in the side room next to the hostess stand and it was very noisy. In general, it can be very noisy.

Whenever I visit Naperville I make sure to stop in for a meal. No other salad on the planet can do this for me but the WCG salad is that good. No one at the table complained of their food, they were too busy eating it up. Also, the server was excellent. He kept our water and Iced Tea topped off and was patient as we waited for our third member of our party.

My mother and I like to have lunch at White Chocolate when we spend the day shopping. This is her favorite restaurant because she LOVES the chicken crepes with a Madeira and mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes! I had the grilled chicken with the same sauce on the side and the couscous, which was very good. Our food was very good, our server was attentive, making sure we had water and anything else we needed. This is a very nice restaurant. You can go casual or I would recommend business casual in the evening. They have a very nice bar area, so if you're looking for a place to meet friends, this may be the place to go. Overall, our experience was very nice and we will certainly return.

Whether you make reservations via phone or open table, you will almost have to wait at least 20-30 minutes after you check in. The manager was very apologetic regarding this issue, however that issue needs to be worked on. We still frequent this restaurant and need to either go earlier before dinner hour or after the rush to avoid the long wait with or without reservations.

My fiance and I went for our 5yr anniversary. I love the ambiance. The dim lighting made it relaxing. The food was good but the portion of the mashed potatoes could have been bigger. My fiance had the new York strip and was still hungry afterwards. Now for someone like me who needs portion control the potatoes were the perfect amount. The best part was the dessert, we shared the white chocolate brownie & it was to die for!!!! The steaks were really good but a bit on the pricey side.
