Whist at the ViceroySmall plate paradiseThe menu consists mostly of small plates--easy to taste a few courses. Sitting outdoors in their garden makes such a pleasant evening. Only complaint was in attentive service--waiter rarely came by, so long gaps between ordering drinks, dinner, then coffee/dessert.5/14/2013 12:00:00 AMI brought my mother for anI brought my mother for an early mothers dsy brunch because she was going to be out of town. Food was ok but definitely nothing to write home about. I went mostly for the atmosphere at the patio which again was ok not great. Wouldn't rush back. I do like it for drinks in the evening though.4/28/2013 12:00:00 AMRushed to get to Valet!Excellent food and service. Relatively quiet and romantic.
The only problem here is the parking.
Parking is $12 for 2 hours and $5 for each hour thereafter, with NO validation.
So you have to rush your dinner and get to valet before your 2 hours is up.
Parking validation should be included!!
