  • "My husband and I love the food at WG, have been there 6or7'times. Have brought friends and will continue to recommend it too others."

  • "I first want to say our wine flight and dinner choices were excellent. However there were a couple things that made this a not so perfect romantic evening that we had planned. No one seemed to want to remove our dirty plates or the empty wine flight holder. We had a nice table for two but with a 4 glass wine holder, appetizer plate and our plates that we put the appetizer on, made for a very crowded table. Even when they brought our dinner, they still only took the very large appetizer plate away! The worst was the noise level. We could not carry on a quiet conversation because of very loud people and extremely loud laughter. I felt like we were in a bar not a restaurant. I will try a weeknight next time."

  • "Food was very good. Familar and unique menu choices. Staff very "wine" knowledgable."

  • "We always come here when we get a night without the kids!!! It's an adult vibe, from the ambience to the menu, a great change from the ordinary! Love the wine selection as well."

  • "The host staff here is very helpful in recommending wines to new wine drinkers. I actually liked the wine that was recommended to me and enjoyed the pairing with my meal."

  • "We enjoyed the atmosphere and the restaraunt looks great. The wine sampler was a neat idea and we liked the wine selections. (The glasses were very small portions considering the price of 14.99, was supposed to be 1.6 glasses, more like 1 glass) Delivery of entrees was a little slow after we finished our salad. We shared a caesar salad and it was not very fresh. We regularly eat at Bonefish and they have an excellent Caesar salad on a chilled plate that is hard to beat. My wife had chicken marsala which was just "ok". I had boneless pork loin which was overcooked and a little tough. The mashed potaotes and green beans were great. We did not bring anything to the attention of our server. She did a good job and was tipped 18%."

  • "My wife and I were very impressed with the service we received, and the food was excellent! We look forward to returning soon."

  • "We arrived at Happy Hour which was amazing. Good apps and drinks we all enjoyed. Had a couple of friends that joined us later and they were able to accomodate us with a bigger table immediately even with the very busy Friday evening. Most of us ordered the specials for that night and were very happy with the choices. I have been to this place quite a few times and am never disappointed. Looking forward to the next trip!"

  • "The grouper special was great. The Italian chicken was bland. The ricotta honey appetizer was good but have tooling ricotta and not enough honey. Overall it was good but not worth the cost."

  • "We loved the laid back atmosphere at WG. The wine selections were good and the prices were reasonable. We started with the Steak Bruschetta which was delicious. There was four of us dining with four excellent selections for meals (gumbo, tuna, grilled chicken salad, and tilapia). Everyone was satisfied. There was a variety of choices for all tastes and appetites. We even capped off our dinner with a very tasty molten lava cake. The service was excellent with several good recommendations from our waitress. We will definitely eat there again."

  • "We have been to W.G. Kitchen and Bar before, but did not have dinner. Both of our dinners were excellent. The food was simply delicious. We will definitely be back for dinner. Can't wait to go and sit on the patio when it gets warmer."

  • "We went on Valentine's Day and were happy with the location, the wine list and the overall atmosphere. The drawbacks came with spotty service, a seafood dish heavy on sauce and risotto but lacking the seafood, and a cost that really didn't match the product. Nice place but for us it was a one time visit."

  • "The meal my husband and I shared on valentine's day was very good. We always love the bruschetta as an app. We have been here several times and never been disappointed. Since my husband is not the biggest fan of wine he appreciates that they have added a good amount of craft beers to the drink menu. I highly recommend going during happy hour. The bar bites menu is our favorite!!! Great choices for excellent prices!! This place is a breath of fresh air compared to all the local chain restaurants."

  • "One of our favorite spots to dine. I love the large tables which gives you plenty of room without feeling cramped. The wine list is extensive and you can buy a bottle to take home with you. The food is excellent, meatloaf, blackened tilipia and steaks. In fact, there is nothing on the menu that you will not like. The service is excellent and they have always been friendly and helpful. Has a great local feeling to it like going to your favorite neighborhood spot."

  • "My husband and I love this place! It is close to home and the food is always delicious! I wish more people would stop in this gem of a restaurant. The wine list is great and I love the "wine flight" to sample different wines. They have an amazing roasted red pepper soup. They also serve wonderfully soft, warm pita with a delicious red pepper cream cheese that my husband could not stop eating! My hubby had the meatloaf and he said it was excellent. I had the roasted red pepper soup and a grilled steak salad with house dressing. My salad was delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. Oh, and I almost forgot, we had the bruschetta appetizer.....to die for!! I would highly recommend this restaurant. We love it!!!"

  • "My wife and I went here for my birthday dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. The first thing you notice is the welcoming ambiance and it is decorated very nicely. The menu is very culinary chic and fit for any foodie. I had the crab cakes which were amazing. I would highly recommend them. All in all this is a exquisit restaurant and it is a great spot for a date."

  • "We moved to this area 6 months ago and we've been to WG at least 6 times. We have brought a number of friends with us, too. The food is outstanding and we really enjoy the different wine flights. We will continue to visit WG frequently and highly recommend it."

  • "I really was impressed that when you walk in it was very inviting. A lot of room around the tables so you were not crowded around other people. The wine flights were a great way to taste test different wines at an affordable cost. Buying a bottle at wine at regular price with only a $10.00 corking fee is great. The food was great. High end food and treatment without the over pricing here at this restaurant. You can come casual and be treated as a king. We are making this a regular restaurant stop. Not a discount place to eat but not overpriced. Thanks WG Kitchen for giving Hamilton what is so needs, a great place to eat with stellar service!"

  • "WG is our new favorite restaurant! Great food! Great wine! Great service! We love it!"

  • "We always enjoy WG when we go. Im not a fan of their grilling method as Ive had both their steaks and burgers but they more than make up for it with other offerings. Wine recommendations are given when asked for and the service is always very friendly. We do not like being seated in the "hallway" area. Ask to be moved to small room or seating in back end of restaurant if that's your preference. Don't assume that you can only drink wine. My wife had Budlight and my friend drank Jameson. Go to WG's you wont be disappointed!"

  • "We ate here Christmas Eve and the good was delicious! Our server was also wonderful. I would definitely recommend this resturant. We had the Italian chicken pasta and pork tenderloin with apples and both outstanding!"

  • "Our group had a difficult hearing each other. The restaurant was just too loud even though it wasn't particularly busy. We all liked our food but it was expensive and the side dishes were extra. The servers were harried and didn't refresh our beverages or bring things that we requested. The wine was excellent! I doubt that we will go back."

  • "Really enjoyed the food and service at W. G. Kitchen and Bar. A very nice addition to Bridgewater Falls."

  • "Your cork fee is ridiculous. We have bought bottles of wine in many areas and never heard of such a thing."

  • "My wife and I dined on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was busy but not packed. Our server was new but did a good job. The mean, as usual, was excellent. My wife had a tasty BBQ chicken flatbread and caesar salad. I enjoyed the grilled salmon and clam chowder. We also selected a coupld of wine flights (they have 8 different flights!), which we sipped through dinner. No dessert that night, but we really enjoyed the excellent food and friendly service."

  • "Had a fun time with the monthly book club. The server did a great job with the size of our group, the food was good for everyone. Being surrounded by all the wine racks makes it feel very cozy, the wine flights were a must for anyone on the first visit. There is also an extensive beer list. Would recomend the W.G. Kitchen, and will be back soon."

  • "We eat out quite a bit and are getting tired of all the neighborhood restaurants but many weekends, are just not in the mood to drive the 40 minutes to go downtown and take in a new restaurant. That's why we were pleasantly surprised by the addition of a new restaurant to the northern suburbs! WG is upscale but not too pricey. Great wine list and beer, too. We all enjoyed our food and were unfortunately too full to have dessert. Next visit, for sure! P.S. The pita bread w/sundried cream cheese spread is better than you might think! :)"

  • "Kimberlyn did a wonderful job being our host and waitress. She was very pleasant and was very attentive. This was my Wife and I's first visit. We really enjoyed the restaurant and food. Neat place. We were celebrating 31st anniversary. Nice place for a special occasion. Probably a little pricey for us to do other than a special occasion. Kimberlym, our waitress was top notch! We like the food and gave our review as excellent! If I had one little problem you should know about it was a few burnt places on the pita bread that was complementry to the table. Burnt pita is very powerful. But we really had a nice time, and we will tell all our friends what a neat place you have here!"

  • "Our first time. Impressive ambiance...reminded me of a small pub feel in a larger city. Well done. Started at the bar. Wine "flights" were nice options. Bartender was informative. Menu was a nice variety yet not overwhelming. Food was a nice portion size, well presented but most importantly tasted great. The salmon was done well and greens were a flavorful touch. Server was attentive yet not a nuisance. Looking forward to trying other dishes."

  • "We went to Wine Guys as a group to celebrate a special occasion. The food was excellent and the wine flights gave our entire group the chance to try different wines which was alot of fun. The only thing I would note was that it was a bit loud in the restaurant & sometimes hard to hold a conversation without raising your voice."
