    My wife and I had Mothers Day brunch at the Verandah an it was wonderful. The food selection was good and the preparation was excellent. The service was top notch. The atmosphere on the outside Verandah overlooking the lake is great. I would definitely recommend the Verandah for Sunday Brunch or any special occasion....More

    The food was absolutely excellent, we worked our way through the various appetizers as I find that to be the easiest way to sample a variety of the menu and none of those on offer were a disappointment. The Thai Calamari was bar none the best I have ever eaten, and I have eaten Calamari at some pretty fantastic restaurants, texture was silky, buttery with a perfectly crispy crust and a delicious sweet chili sauce as an accompaniment. We are generally not huge fans of eggplant, but decided to give it a try and it would become a favourite if every chef treated the produce with such respect and finesse. I only remove one star for service because of the over-eager busboy that kept snagging our plates before we were done with them,...More
