Wendell's - Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and CasinoExcellent experienceI had made reservations prior as I was going to propose to my girlfriend. When I made the reservations, the person on the other end was very helpful in helping me plan this out. I asked for a corner table and some champagne to celebrate after dinner. It was to perfection. The food was excellent, but could have had a bigger portion. That's ok. I understand how fine dining works. We got seated right on time and our waiter, Scott went above and beyond to make this night truly memorable. He already knew everything about the evening and made things so much easier. He was great as well as everybody working there. Thank you all so much. I will definitely be going back with my fiance, soon to be wife to enjoy another wonderful evening.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstandingThis was our second time to dine at Wendell's and I do believe this time was better than the first. The food is amazing! The shrimp cocktail was superb! My filet was cooked perfect and was so tender I could use just my fork. I had potatoes au gratin and I only with I could prepare them that good. We had the same waiter and he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal.
Wendell's for dinner is highly recommended.

Our waiter was courteous, professional and friendly. He was knowledgable about the food served and offered great advice regarding dessert. The food was very good, steak cooked exactly as I ordered it and the presentation was beautiful. I would not hesitate to return there on another special occasion.
