Tip: There are "Reserved" signs on all of the booths, but every time we ask for a booth, they always oblige. The wings and pork sliders were GREAT starters. I had the bone in ribeye and it was a great cut and cooked to a perfect medium. My brother thought his first ale was a little flat, so our waitress gladly exchanged it for another of his choice. Everyone loved their selections which included the Prime NY Strip, 18oz., Ribeye, Filet Kettle Kabob, and New York Strip. And it wasn't a long wait for the food despite not ordering any appetizers. We did however, order the Grilled Jumbo Gulf Shrimp as an extra to one of the entrees, but thought $7 was a little pricey for the 3 pieces that you get. When we refused the first table (on a busy aisle next to busboy station), the hostess quickly and graciously accommodated us with a quiet booth. They were so moist and the glaze was actually the perfect accompaniment but not too mustardy. My daughter had the Farm burger and she said it was by far the best burger she's ever had. Quite a compliment coming from a picky teenager!
We can't wait until our next visit. The brisket and pulled pork (combo) was the best that I've had and very tender and pair with the garlic mashed potatoes...outstanding! The pretzel bread rolls were delicious and soft. For the amount of food that you receive, it was a fair price point wise. The cole slaw did lack flavor though and tasted somewhat old (several days). Nice ambiance, adequate seating, and Goose Island beer on tap with BBQ. We plan on going back later in t summer with our son to visit since he ate some of the leftovers and wants to see the over-sized Weber grill out front.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Weber Grill was a greatThe Weber Grill was a great surprise and not what I expected. The menu was very broad in choices, which was nice because I'm a picky eater. Our food arrived in literally no time, we ordered and not even 15 minutes later we had our food. The wait staff was great. Our waiter didn't linger but he always came by at the perfect time. Restaurant was very accommodating to the needs of one of our guests (who is wheelchair bound). Debbie, our waitress, was friendly, patient and made for a fun visit. I came here to celebrate my boyfriend's 40th birthday and had a great experience there. They seated us promptly at our expected reservation time and we scored a seat at a very roomy booth. The booth would have comfortably seated 4 people but they reserved it for a party for 2! Our server was great and attended to our needs. Our steaks were also cooked to perfection and I enjoyed having the garlic mashed potatoes. This place is perfect for group outings or special occasions and I believe they have private rooms off to the side. Saturday morning, we decided to find the restaurant,since we had made reservations and met Jasmine! She made the whole visit out of this world by placing our reservations at the 'chef's table'!! My husband was a kid at Christmas! 'OH MY GOD' is all he kept saying. Then, dinner. We just HAD to get there early, was seated right away, and watched the 'show'. The place is amazing! The grills, the chefs, (especially the one on the end by us-didn't catch the name, wore a bandana under his cap) We chatted with him, and he was VERY nice. Our waitress was very attentive!
