The four of us chose Weber Grill because of the good food and beverages, and because of the gluten-free menu that my sister requires. (Unlike other restaurants, Weber Grill's gluten-free menu is descriptive, and has a good variety of selections). Our service was excellent. We were in the room furthest from the bar, which was a bit noisy and stuffy / warm, but otherwise very nice. I had made reservations through Open Table, and we were pleased to be seated immediately upon arrival. Seeing the food prepared in an open kitchen took some getting used to, but it was nice to see that your food was cooked in an extremely clean kitchen. We had a prior reservation which was a good idea since it filled quickly. The server was great - had recommendations and knew detailed questions about the menu items. The food was excellent. A nice experience.5/21/2013 12:00:00 AMThe ribs were awesome, a bitThe ribs were awesome, a bit disappointed in the reservation process when I specifically asked for a low-traffic area and they instead put us directly infront of the kitchen. When I pointed this out to them, however, they did rectify the situation, however it was another 10 minute delay to push some tables together in another area.
When the food arrived, 3 of us had ordered the ribs, but one of the meals didn't come with the corn bread mentioned in the menu. The server offered to rectify the situation by bringing it, however the plethora of food made it unnecessary.
Music was a bit loud at the beginning, and by the end, the crowd had drowned out the music -- perhaps because they had to talk over the music?!

I had the creamy blue cheese and pecan slaw and the mac n cheese. The slaw was really good. Like typical slaw but with a little zing of blue cheese. The mac n cheese left much to be desired. It was served luke warm and it did not have hardly any flavor. I make better at home. My daughter had the Farm Burger - lamb and beef with goat cheese. She said it was very good and loved the goat cheese on top.
