The pretzel rolls were a nice change from the normal restaurant food. The crab cake appetizer was very good and I had the combination BBQ with ribs,brisket and meatloaf. All three were cooked perfectly and were delicious. My wife's hamburger was undercooked and was quickly replaced with a properly cooked one without disrupting the meal for everyone. You get the whole experience here except your not doing the cooking. From the smell of the grill to that taste that you can only get from grilling it's all here. I made reservations and was seated on time. The staff is polite and helpful. Everything was presented at the proper time. What a great experience. Where do I begin. We set our reservation for 630 however arrived somewhat early however the hostess had no problem seating us early. Having been our first time we had some questions and our waitress had no problem answering them and providing us with her input as to what to try. The food was amazing and was out so quick. We had finished our appetizer and within two minutes our entrées were out. Everything was cooked perfectly and the servings did not disappoint. The place is big, bustling, close to mag mile shops and hotels, so expect that type of atmosphere, and you won't be disappointed. The menu has the standard steak offerings, but unlike many nearby traditional steak houses, Weber Grill does not ignore the non-steak eater. The seafood, poultry and yes, even veggie choices are diverse, well prepared and very tasty. The wine list has a decent selection and is nicely priced. Our server Zach was fabulous. The service was not rushed, very amiable and professional. Nothing beats real charcoal flavored cooking, so how can you go wrong with a restaurant called Weber Grill. Great variety of selection on the menu- portions are generous for the price - great value! They have trained their staff to understand the issues with gluten free dining and deserve a great deal of credit. A manager even stopped by to check on my meal and just mentioned that I should not taste my husband's entree as it contained gluten in the sauce on his OUTSTANDING BEER CAN CHICKEN. Many restaurants just go thru the motions for GF ~ you guys really care! Thanks!

Our team would definitely come back. However, we were placed in a spot right by the front door and in a room with another large party. The front door was loud with people trying to come in/eat (and it's also the bar area where people were enjoying happy hour). The room we were in was loud with another party that didn't seem to notice they weren't the only party in the room. Everyone in our group of 8 business folks raved about their dish, even those wary going in as they are used to the high-end steakhouses.

The waiter was very helpful in choosing what we wanted to eat since it was our first time there. The food is to die for. I would recommend the the Weber Sampler Platter, it gives a little bit of everything so the dinner choice is a lot simpler. Dinner was just as good. Food came out hot with little wait time at all. Desert is the little gem though. Make sure you leave enough room and try the Double Chocolate Bundt Cake!
