Lunch and Dinner menus begin with a segment of 26 Grazing Plates, then move forward with more contemporary and traditional menu components. Watermarc blends elements of older, classic foods and beverages, with contemporary cutting edge cuisines and drinks. Our wine program offers 239 different ways to enjoy remarkable wine with extraordinary food. Selections represent varietals from around the world, each suited to enjoy with different types of food while grazing. Our featured Cocktails selections offer ‘Up’, ‘Rocks’, ‘Muddled’ and ‘Sparkling’ Cocktails. From classics such as ‘Brandy Alexander’ made with traditional French cognac made by the Hardy family, to ‘Fire and Ice’ blending Grey Goose Citrus vodka with jalapenos, cucumber and lime. The food was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend got a new york strip and I'm normally not a fan of this cut at all but it was the best new york strip I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly and the herb crust they put on top was incredibly tasty. I would recommend the 3 way filet, it was a great way to try different flavors to such a delicious cut of meat.
Calamari and Veggie Fritta was good too, seasoned why, hot and ready to eat! Plus the herb butter they give you with the homemade bread was yummy.
Service was great too. We had a table right by the sidewalk. It was nice to eat and watch the people stroll by.
It worked perfectly making a reservation on open table.

I can't even begin to say how awesome this place was. They have apps that are tapas style so you can try a bunch of everything. I did not want the food to take that journey into diggestion because my taste buds said "please don't let it leave."

Upstairs is like a romanic treehouse when the weather is warm and the sliding doors are ope. A romantic contrast to the hustling bistro atmosphere downstairs. Both great so depends on your mood! Delightful, pallet pleasing menu with an excellent variety of house crafted cocktails.

Food was amazing. We should've had a bottle of wine, though, instead of a specialty drink. They definitely pour them strong which gives you your money's worth. But being super strong, we couldn't really move to wine during the meal bc we were "nursing" the Up drink for so long. We are wusses. Great place for fun or romance!! We will be back :)

We were 45 min. late due to an accident on PCH. We called and they held our reservation for us. Service was impecable! Food was outstanding. My two sons (one is a chef) and I each chose a different dish. The Halibut special was fantastic! Rack of lamb cooked to perfection and the dates wrapped in bacon was to die for. Excellent all around experiencce!
