"This was my first time dining in at Watercress Bridge Street and I have to say I was pleased with every bit. I enjoyed every part as well as the service was great! My 5 year old son joined us and wanted the watercress soup but was worried it would be too spicy, our server went to the kitchen and brought him back a little bowl to try! Thought that was wonderful and well he loved it! I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"This was our first time dining at any location of Watercress so we did not know exactly what to expect. We do however frequent more upscale restaurants in the Huntsville area (and elsewhere) so we know quality when we see/taste it. The restaurant has an open seating area with nice decor. The wait staff was attentive. The food is reasonably priced; however, some might consider the portion size to be a bit on the small side. Food quality was very good and the presentation was also very good. We'll definitely return here again."

"One of my favorites and my #1 in Huntsville. Any place that has venison as a standard menu item is a plus. The wine list always has reasonable, good quality wines. The lunch offering of tomato soup and sandwich is one of the best deals in town."

"The place was empty, which was unusual for a Sunday lunch. Maybe other places we've been to are usually packed because everyone just come out of church services... The food was over so very overpriced! I ordered extra crab cake with my burger. The crab-cake advertised lump meat, but it was shredded. My friend ordered their catfish which was $15 with only 2 catfish STICKS with the size of a mozzarella sticks. The food was edible but so not worth the price. The waiter was nice, tentative and courteous. Then again, we were the only ones there..."

"My mother was in town and I wanted to treat her to something special. The downtown location was closed on Mondays so I decided to try dinner at the Bridge Street location. They differentiate themselves from downtown without losing the same expected quality.

The staff were extremely friendly and seated us right away. I requested a chef's choice tasting with wine pairings and they happily complied. The courses were cornbread, fried oysters, tomato and watercress soup, salad with chili powder ahi tuna, venison medallions, and a chocolate pots for desert.
