We liked the renovations. The white draping has created a softer feel. They accommodated our last-minute increase in party size without hesitation.
The Calamari was excellent, perhaps the best we have ever had. The other dinner choices were very good as well. They were generous portions that were served hot and attractively presented, a challenge on a very busy evening.
The only disappointment was that Mom was not presented with a flower!

Our mother is elderly so the stairs were an issue...however we were seated at a bright table away from the noise of the outside patio. The food was top rate and our server a delight. My only negative comments concern the physical restaurant. We had a young man waiting on us and he was very friendly, had a great sense of humor and was very attentive. The menu was great - had a very good selection of different things, and I had the stuffed chicken and asked for the seafood/bernaise topping instead of the tarragon sauce... my meal was to die for! Very nice vegetables, the chicken was delicious not to mention a huge serving!

We have found the food to be dependable quality although I spoke to a friend who went with a group for lunch and only 2 of 6 liked their lunch.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to ask for a table by the window. But, there we were seated by the window with a wonderful view of the bay! I was delighted to find in their liquor menu a brand of beer that I haven't had in ages. My favorite beer back in the Philippines was San Miguel and there it was on the menu. Aside from good service and excellent food selections, what drew us to this restaurant was their prime rib early bird special. It was a generous portion and it tasted heavenly.
