We are told they are first come first served. The steamed Asian buns are excellent (both varieties). The pork ribs was well done but complicated to eat. The scallops were served with roasted cauliflower - excellent. Had a side of the roasted Brussels sprouts, which seemed to have been sitting for a while and had lost their taste. The service was was attentive and friendly. It is our favorite restaurant in Park City. The food is exceptional. Don't forget to save room for their signature coconut creme brulee served in a coconut shell and their French pressed coffee.
