Great view. 4 stars because I ordered my steak medium and it came medium well. Made it a little dryer. The lady next to me complained of the same thing. My husband had the salmon and it was delish. When I called voo doo to ask someone how to get in touch with camera people to ask about purchase ing more Picts , I was told I would have to go back to restaurant because the people in the steak house would not be able to locate the picture people. Well I would like the picture but not gonna fly back to Vegas to go see about pictures. I would put this dinner up there as tied with MIX as the best. The view was amazing. While you're not looking up or down the strip as with Foundation Room, Eiffel Tower or MIX you are looking at the entire strip from the side. We went mid week around 9pm and the service was outstanding. I think it helped that it wasn't busy. We took drinks outside and lounged for awhile and when we came back the waiter brought our first courses over. I think his name was Jacinto (sorry if I messed it up). He was great, the wine was reasonably priced and the food (steak and crab, bisque, Caesars salad) outstanding. My friend loved the fish (I think bass) portions were huge. Everything tasted great. Check was pricey but not bad considering. We went to "cut" at the palazzo. Not a cheap night but one we will never forget, worth every penny and the after party was great fun. The menu selection is good, there's really something for everyone, even if steak is not your preference. After dinner we headed to the rooftop lounge to enjoy a better view. The entire staff was very courteous and provided excellent service. Everything from the spectacular views to the outstanding dinner made our night very special. The dinner and service was superb. A little noisy and crowded on that first visit. Six of us visited recently,again for our annual company dinner. It was a much more pleasing atmosphere, as they had re-arranged the dining room area for better views & a better layout. The waiter & assistants were gracious, but three out of six of our meals were not prepared as requested. We noted this to the staff, but we all finished our meals. After the dinner, the outdoor rooftop patio is amazing & it is one of the best views of the strip available. My only gripe was with the service. Our waiter wasn't good at all. Didn't get our appetizer plates off the table prior to the entree's arriving. At 6:30 in Vegas, we were ahead of the crowd, so I know he wasn't "in the weeds" with other customers. Secondly, he kept referring to me as "boss". I'm 45 years old, and with a beautiful woman on what we wanted to be a romantic evening. I'm not a punk kid at "the club". I'd have preferred he referred to me as "sir".
