The courses are as artistically presented as they are balanced and delicious. The wait staff is phenomenal, able to speak in great detail about the wines and meals, and the bartender makes a fantastic old fashioned. I made the reservation well in advance and stated we were celebrating our anniversary and would like a quite table off to the side somewhere. They instead place us at a small table right next to the entrance.
Our server was Ross was great and helped us with several items on the menu.
The food was some of the best I ever had and the presentation was excellent.
The seats were uncomfortable, thin padding on rod iron. By the time the meal was over I was happy to get up to leave to get my circulation back to my posterior.

romantic, our server was very knowledgable about how the food was prepared and the wines that paired each course, and the food was fantastic- I was astounded at how the flavors of the individual ingredients played off of each other and paired nicely with the wines. I had the prix fixe salad, salmon, and creme brûlée with wine pairings, and my husband had the cheese plate, pepper steak, and candy bar dessert. We ate nearly all of everything and left very full. Great atmosphere; you feel like you're dining in a wine cellar. Excellent wine list ranging from high $30s all the way up. Enlist the help of the sommelier; he didn't push toward an expensive bottle; he took our ques and made a great, reasonable recommendation. Charuterie was awesome - duck breast, pork rillette, raw cured bacon, and came with a seedy country loaf. I ordered the waygu beef, and my wife had the "BLT" Farfalle dish, which had fried bacon, pork shoulder, and loin, along with preserved tomato. All of the locally sourced ingredients were incredible. My girlfriend and I have ordered this twice with the wine pairings an it's an incredible value for what you pay for. By far the best two dates we've been on. Very romantic and gives you a chance to try things on the menu you normally wouldn't try! From the moment when we arrived and the manager asking if we had reservations and then taking us to our table which was already set up, he then made sure to wish my fiancee' a Happy Anniversary. Very nice personal touch! The waiter was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of our dining experience and being as it was our first time there, really made sure to walk us through every aspect of the menu.
