By far the best two dates we've been on. Very romantic and gives you a chance to try things on the menu you normally wouldn't try! The food was delicious and the service even better. It was a little noisy because of a large party, but I would guess it is normally pretty quiet. The sevice was phenomenal, the food was a dance for your taste buds - I truly get credit to the chefs ingredient paring, and the environment was quaint! 2 thumbs up and 5 stars 100% already made reservations for next week when moms in town! From the moment when we arrived and the manager asking if we had reservations and then taking us to our table which was already set up, he then made sure to wish my fiancee' a Happy Anniversary. Very nice personal touch! The waiter was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of our dining experience and being as it was our first time there, really made sure to walk us through every aspect of the menu. We had the oyster soup to start which was VERY good and served nicely so that you could see the ingredients before the actual broth was poured into it which we thought was neat. I found my new favorite Chardonnay thanks to our server's suggestion. We had cocktails before dinner at the bar and I had their specialty strawberry gin drink an it was the best drink I've ever had. The head chef even delivered a few of our courses. This made us feel so special! We went for our 1 year anniversary and were completely blown away by our experience. We want to go back every year if not more! We live about an hour away and I would make the trip any night for dinner at this restaurant. Our server was fabulous and so knowledgable on the menu and the wines. Best eating experience all around we've ever had.
