Viva! Neighborhood Eatery of Los GatosMother's Day DinnerHad a great Mother's Day Dinner. There was a modified menu for the day which is to be expected but always makes me concerned. The food, however, was great for all of us- one of the best Prime Ribs I've had in a long time (end cut). The service was perfect. Juan was our server- ask for him if you go. He is excellent. It was a delicious meal and so nice that were told to not worry about hurrying to leave. They kept telling us to stay as long as we want..and we did. A lazy late Friday afternoon lunch. Enjoyed the pear and spinach salad, butternut squash ravioli and baked salmon. Kids appreciated their food, too. Oldest especially pleased when his milk got refilled because of the special event. Youngest (when not eating) enjoyed counting the star-shaped decorative lighting fixtures.
