Steaks and chops are hand-cut daily by the managers to ensure consistent quality. Vito’s chef cooks over a Florida citrus and oak wood flame on a custom-built fire pit that reaches 1200º.   • "We took our son & daughter in law to Vito's to celebrate their anniversary, and to share one of our favorite restaurants with them. I'm always a little trepidacious when visiting a restaurant we've highly recommended, since sometimes our guests are disappointed. This experience was PERFECTION! From the valet service, to the hostess, to the server and manager, our experience couldn't have been better. Our server, Rasheed, was very attentive and helpful, making several excellent recommendations. He had an excellent sense of humor and really added to our enjoyment. Three of us had steaks which were cooked to perfection; my husband went for the spaghetti and legendary meatballs: incredible. Highly recommend Vito's Chop House!"

  • "We used to go to Vito's every time we visited Orlando. Now that we live here, it is our go to choice for special occasions. The food is great, the ambience is as good as any restaurant in the area, and service is always good. Matt has become our regular server, and he always takes good care of us. Management is willing to help in any way. In short, we love Vito's. The other Talk of the Town restaurants are good, but Vito's is the best."

  • "Dinner and service was dissapointing. I had eaten at Vito's several years ago and liked it very much. This visit, two steaks were overdone and the waiter service was not good. Water glasses were slow in being filled and just an overall feeling of inattentiveness. It was an early dinner around 6:30 and not that many people there yet. We will not go back there."

The drinks were spot on and never ran dry. Every member of the team from the hostess to the bussers were clean, polite and professional at all times. It was a great experience."

  • "Portions are very large. We split a salad, large filet mignon, and a baked potatoe, but there were still leftovers. The salad was very good, the steak was a little undercooked - probably because it was so big, but it didn't have much flavor. Bernaise sauce was a bit weak. Peppercorn sauce was extremely good. Baked potatoe was very tender. It was nice that the waiter divided everything up onto two plated for us. Service was pretty good, but in a restaurant of this caliber, I didn't feel like I should have to ask for refill on the soda every time the glass was empty."

  • "We go to Vito's every year for our anniversary. As always the food was fantastic. Our server although very professional had the personality of a rock. We were celebrating our special occasion and tried conversating and joking but he was completely disinterested. Everything seemed scripted and deadpan. Our experience despite this was wonderful. Vito's is still our favorite restaurant in Orlando! !"

  • "We were greeted by friendly staff and the attentive service continued for the evening. Our steak was cooked to perfection and was exactly what we expected. The decision to order the American version of Kobe beef reinforced our belief that Wyagu beef is over-rated. It was very good but my husband and I both felt that,flavour-wise,we would have been just as happy with another choice. This is not meant as a criticism of our meal,just an observation. The wine selections here are excellent and compliment the menu. Thanks for a great evening!"

  • "My husband and I went for one of our first out of town trips together about 8 years ago, and it was excellent, finally back in Orlando again and we said it was a must while we were there..highly disappointed in the steaks, tough and not cooked correctly, very little flavor, we said we could do better ourselves on a Friday at home, over our own grill."

  • "We booked because my girlfriend had a $50 certificate that was given to her through the hotel she works at. The only issue I had right from the beginning was as soon as we pulled into the parking lot there was no self parking, only complimentary valet parking. Which at the end of the day is not complimentary, as we all know. So, we parked across the street. This style of complimentary parking is good for a tourest. After that, we were greated by the hostess and promptly seated. The table we sat at was very quaint and romantic. The server, Bryan, brought out the display of meats. I picked the 12oz filet mignon. She had butternut squash ravioli. The steak was cooked to perfection. The ravioli was delicious, too. I would highly recommend."

  • "We had a very large business group out for dinner at Vito's. Never have I been disappointed in the food or service in our annual visit. Generally we work our way through four courses. The wait staff makes recommendation off the menus to satisfy everyone. Steaks are perfect and a glass never goes empty. there are plenty of restaurants in Orlando, and you will never be disappointed in Vito's."

They also had an extensive selection of wines. Our waitress was vigilant but not intrusive, checking back at appropriate intervals. Great service! I would highly recommend Vito's."

  • "Ok so my wife's allergic to nuts and we told the waiter this first thing. We ordered house salads with our meal, he didn't mention nuts. House salad came out and hers was "dry" because I guess the house dressing has nuts? No prob, just bring her ranch please. No can do, says Mr Waiter, we can't substitute, you'll HAVE to eat it dry???!!! That was the lasting impression of our meal, kind of funny but kind of amazing/ridiculous. No ranch for you. Other than that, The lobster soup was very good. The bone in ribeye was excellent The mushrooms were excellent The giant potato was giant and very good The shrimp/crab side dish (steak add on) was very good The filet was disappointing, much tougher than expected (med rare) Atmosphere nice."

  • "Took a few of my colleagues here for dinner while in town for a conference. We were seated before our reservation time. Really enjoyed the anitpasto appetizer with the Portabello mushrooms. The salads came out dripping in dressing and soggy, so a bit disappointing. The broccoli was in TONS of garlic. I'm not a big steak eater, so I had the fish which was done perfectly and quite delicious. All the men in my group did enjoy their steaks which were done according to their order."

  • "Prices are on the HIGH side, but for a special occasion it was well worth it. The food was delicious! Because we made reservations with OpenTable we were served a sample of Lobster Bisque and then cookies when the check came. My Dad's Filet came out tough and dry he sent it back without any issues, his replacement was very very good. They even gave him mushrooms on the side for his inconvenience. The rest of us had pasta and was a good amount of food. I would recommend Vito's."

  • "The ribeye steak was good but the pasta my wife ate was not so good. The shrimp and scallops were tasty but the pasta lacked flavor which killed the meal for her. I would suggest adding more flavor and sauce to the dish. Overall the restaurant was pleasant and the service was very good."

We had fillets and appetizers and desserts and although a broad selection, nothing was very good and somethings were just bad such as the hash brown like potato dish my wife ordered as a side dish which was billed at Italian seasoned potatoes. All and all the talk of the town restaurants are some of the best in Orlando but Vito's doesnt live up to expectations by a long shot."
