  • "Food here was of good quality but the servers are obviously trained to go through the menu in minute detail and upsell which was too much. It was also lacking atmosphere with only a few tables filled when we were there, even though we were placed in the corner because we were with a child. I'd try other restaurants before here."

  • "We dine out a lot back home in both Northern and Southern Ireland. We have visited the US a few times and visited vitos on the recommendation of a friend. Well worth the air miles. Ambience, service and food were all excellent. We booked online and everything worked very smoothly."

  • "Can't say enough good about this restaurant. Excellent in every category."

  • "It was a special occassion, and we heard rave reviews from friends. We were not impressed at all. The Filet Mignon was very tough, we had it cooked medium. The ceasar salad was good but not outstanding though I did appreciate that the salad was cut into tiny pieces. The bread was good. The service though was excellent. Our waitress Sarah did a great job in servicing and explanaing the different cuts of beef. For the price, it was very expensive. I have had better quality of filet mignon from Publix's supermarket at a much lower price that was much more tender than the beef at Vito's. We love fine dining but know there are other places that we can go to."

  • "I was at Vito's 5 years ago and at the time a friend had just told me about having a steak PITTSBURGH style. So, I tried it and I loved it. I love WELL DONE! Every since I had it Pittsburgh I have never had a well done steak again. I now get my steaks medium Pittsburgh. The staff at Vito's was very helpful and accommodating, we had 4 kids with us (2,4,8 & 8) and not one time did they say anything about the noise or actions of the kids(not that they were loud and out of control) and we sat next to other people that was also dining. Not only was the server (sandra) very attentive, also the manager kept checking on us. I can't wait to get back to Vito's (orlando) for that steat and creamy spinach!"

  • "The first server I had went by the name DJ, he was horrible. I took my newly wed Army husband there over the July 4 weekend we drove from savannah and went to Vito's- the recommendation of my sister. Dj did not do the meat presentation he sarcastically said the olives were to clean your palettes and he had on an air assault pin insignia but was then offended by the question "where have you been stationed" I think he was a prior service imposter and either way his service was disappointing and disgusting. I asked him to have his manager come to the table so that he could be replaced. He was replaced with Marco who was outstanding. Honestly for the way we were treated initially and the price we paid I would if been happier at Charley's"

  • "I am a fan of Johnnies, Moonfish, and now Vitos from the Talk of the Town group when I dine in Orlando. I normally do not like many restaurant groups, but these guys provide professionalism in service, delicious food, great wines and an overall experience that enables me to be satisfied with splurging...it is always worth it!"

  • "When asked for medium it came to me underdone and had a very bad odor. They primarily seat with booths and ours was very tight. Requested table but none available. I would not recommend or go back."

  • "We took a client to VIto's based on Yelp feedback. The food was very good and served hot. However, it was a 3 1/2 hour dinner experience for our party of 6. There were no busboys and plates sat on the tables for up to 20 minutes. We were 30 minutes between entree plates being cleared and dessert orders being taken."

  • "The quality of the food is only accented by the quality of the chef and the staff. Every member of the team works to provide world class service and you get it in ever aspect of the restaurant. They truly want to make your experience one to remember. Take the time and ask the waiter if there are any specials off the menu. The chef is a genious in the kitchen and the specials will make the experience that much more enjoyable."

  • "Rachid was an excellent waiter. Impeccable service, perfect martini, the oyster trio appetizer was flavorful and fresh. My husband and I splurged on the Tomohawk steak dinner for two which was a little pricey but memorably delicious. Everything else such as salad, bread, olives, sautéed mushrooms just added to the perfection of the dinner experience. Did I mention the free cups of lobster bisque for making our reservations on line? This was my fifth visit or so within 15 years. I plan on many more."

  • "While in Orlando on vacation we went to Vito's for dinner. what a huge disappointment.....the food was nothing special and the service was downright horrible.... The server didn't even know if they had steak sauce. It took 2 hours just to get our dinner... So not worth it!"

  • "We loved going to Vito's because of their large lobster tails. However, they have been removed from the menu. Their food is still very good, but we were disappointed that we had to settle for 6 oz stuffed lobster tails, when we were looking forward to a 20 oz. They were very apologetic and said we could call ahead if we wanted them in the future. The menu is still very good and the food was fantastic."

  • "We ordered the Filet Mignon and the Ribeye cooked medium. Both were served unbelievably overcooked, with the filet past well done. Extremely disappointed after the presentation of beef from our waiter."

  • "Terrific upscale steak house. We started with colossal shrimp (I mean huge) & roasted artichoke on arugula drizzled with balsamic vinegar, yum! Our server brought a platter of steaks to our table to make choices easier. All our questions were answered in a warm & friendly manner. I had a filet minion with a scallop stuffed lobster tail, which was prepared exactly to my liking. The house salad (included) was adequate & the dinner rolls were wonderful. Wine is sold by the glass & bottle. The wine list is impressive. Our server, Rashid was knowledgeable and made our dining experience great. We never felt rushed or neglected. We all left the restaurant talking about how much we enjoyed the entire evening. "

  • "First time at this restaurant. We were pleased that they accommodated us because we did not have a reservation. The service at first was slow but the manager was very quick to notice and made sure we were waited on. The food was very good and I would definitely go back."

  • "I always wanted to eat at this restaurant but my husband doesn't eat beef so for this birthday I chose this restaurant to celebrate with my best friend. The server was great , very nice guy. The food however wasn't so great. I know that their speciality is steak but they claim that they serve fresh sea food so I ordered the Lobster Cioppino . The meal arrived and it looked great. However when I tasted it, it had no taste. I had to add salt, pepper to make it eatable. Finally, I decided to take home and fix this meal by adding some New Orleans spice to eat it. I am not sure if I would go back to this place but definetely return to Charley's or Johnny's Hideaway."

  • "Our server, Michael, was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive, without being overbearing. The artichoke app special was a big hit, as were the pei mussels. The flounder piccata, butternut squash ravioli and Kansas City steak were all very good. The veal chop, however, was a disappointment--it had a bacon flavor to it which I didn't care for at all, and was just not a flavorful piece of meat. The two desserts (tiramisu and almond cream something or other) we're HUGE but delicious endings to our meal, especially the latter. And the drinks, all specialty ones, were also very good. We'll definitely return."

  • "Friendly, attentive service. My companion's seared tuna was excellent, as were our salads and my shrimp cocktail. When my "medium well" filet was overcooked, they promptly replaced it with a pinker, juicy, and more tender piece. Vegetable selections for the "sides" were very minimal. Healthy, non- carb laden veggies and soups would have been greatly appreciated. Beef selections were impressive, but entirely too large portions. I choose the filet simply because it was the smallest. I would have preferred a NY Strip, but not at the number of ounces they had available. Disappointed that Bacardi Limon was not available from the bar. Bring a large wallet when you come here. "

  • "It was our second time to Vito's Chop House visit. The first time was awesome experience but not the second one. We went for special occasion (Mother's Day), expecting the special menu (free filet for mom). Both steaks were overcooked and very small. If you're going to charge 40 bucks for a steak-I expect the service to match. Although one of the steaks was free, the bill was over $ 100 because they charge the sides separated. For the same money there are hundreds of other places in the area with great food. That was my last business with them. "

  • "We are from the Northeast and wanted to have a special dinner on our Florida vacation. Vito's was recommended to us and it was exactly what we were looking for! The atmosphere was the perfect amount of intimate for a nice dinner for two. The good at Vito's was spectacular and very well paced between courses. The Wagu beef was a wonderful treat and an amazing experience in itself. But best of all was our waiter who made the whole night perfect. He was knowledgable, well spoken, and didnt rush us along on our dinner experience. We will definitely return to (and recommend!) Vito's in the future! "

  • "The quality of the food, service and ambiance was terrific. One qualification. All of their steaks and veal chops are Oak Grilled. You have to really appreciate a marked smokey oak flavor. That strong OAKEY flavor is not our favorite taste. We later asked if the steaks could be grilled or pan fried? They told us that could be done but they did not sound enthused. Again, great chophouse if you like smokey."

  • "We've been coming back to Vito's every year as we attend Annual business meetings. The steaks are the best we've found and service is always Outstanding. This time our waiter was Micheal W and he was great!"

  • "It's been awhile since I've been at this location and as I remembered it, it was wonderful and on this trip I was not disappointed, I found a new wine to drink with help from the bartender and everyone at my table stated the food was great, would I go there again IN A HARTBEAT."

  • "I ordered a bone-in strip steak, medium rare. It was, i believe a 22 oz steak, but I can't remember for sure. Anyway, it came out well done and as thin as a supermarket steak. Definitely under-cut and really over cooked. They took the steak back and then came back with a full sized steak, but now it was extremely rare. Really unexpected since this is a steak house. That said, the soup, salad and dessert were great. The grill chef/cook needs a lesson in doneness and the butcher needs a better scale."

  • "Enjoyed good food and a calibre of service that was efficient and informative but not overbearing ! We have eaten in a number of Orlando's steakhouses and would class Vito's as one of the best. Vito's recognise that service is important but not to point that your evening becomes the equivalent of merely refueling in under an hour !! Dining out is big part of our vacation so enjoying the food is key to our entertainment but only as part of the whole experience of our night out ? We will return in Aug during our next scheduled trip. regards Jim J"

  • "my review will only cover their Steaks, since i haven't tried the others, but what a steak, the shear size of it (per dollar cost) is definitely worth every penny. at first, i thought it was a bit salty, but thats only because of the outer slightly over sizzled part, but once you tasted the core of it, absolutely delicious!, especially the veal chop (i'am drooling again just remembering the experience). and when your done, please try the chocolate orange cake (it's so so MMMMMMMMM!!!!- more drool)"

  • "We took our son & daughter in law to Vito's to celebrate their anniversary, and to share one of our favorite restaurants with them. I'm always a little trepidacious when visiting a restaurant we've highly recommended, since sometimes our guests are disappointed. This experience was PERFECTION! From the valet service, to the hostess, to the server and manager, our experience couldn't have been better. Our server, Rasheed, was very attentive and helpful, making several excellent recommendations. He had an excellent sense of humor and really added to our enjoyment. Three of us had steaks which were cooked to perfection; my husband went for the spaghetti and legendary meatballs: incredible. Highly recommend Vito's Chop House!"

  • "We used to go to Vito's every time we visited Orlando. Now that we live here, it is our go to choice for special occasions. The food is great, the ambience is as good as any restaurant in the area, and service is always good. Matt has become our regular server, and he always takes good care of us. Management is willing to help in any way. In short, we love Vito's. The other Talk of the Town restaurants are good, but Vito's is the best."
