Everything is made fresh the day of service. They don't even have a freezer because everything is made fresh. If you've ever been to Italy, this is how they do it over there. The in-house made mozzerella itself is worth the trip! Each pasta dish is better than the next and the pizza is absolutely amazing. Our waiter during this last visit, James, was extremely helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgable. You can tell he loves what he does, and he wants others to have the best experience possible. The food and service was terrific. They were having a wine dinner the night we went, and the restaurant was crowded so we ate at the bar. Again, it was great and we really enjoyed it. The mozarella and pasta's are house-made and delicious. We tasted the gelato and it too was really, really good. I had a flatbread pizza and my husband had a pasta dish - both were fresh and flavorful. It is a great place but with the lights up all the was it looks like a deli.
