Welcome to Vincente's, home of the world famous table-side Caesar salad and Bananas Foster.

At Vincente's we offer a very unique dining experience called the walking menu. If you don't see anything you want to try on the written menu,then have Our Executive Chef come over and create a dish just for your own personal dining pleasure.
After dinner, enjoy one of Vincente's many fine homemade desserts.

  • "Vincente's is an excellent choice for that special dinner! The written menu is extensive, but is actually only "suggestions" as the Chef will come to your table and explain to you the additional items he has in the kitchen and additional preparations you can have for anything that is on the menu. Like the sounds of a dish, but you don't like one of the ingredients -- NO PROBLEM -- the Chef will make it just to your taste and desires. And everything is Fresh, Fresh, Fresh!!! A great experience when you want good food, and a nicely paced (not quick) dinner! A bit pricey perhaps for some folks, but I believe well worth it."

  • "Fran and I have been to a thousand 5 Star restaurants...but in the 32 years we have been coming here none has ever rivaled Vincente's for quality of food, service and atmosphere...the table side Caesar salad is a must...when you finish the most enjoyable meal you will ever eat prepared by Master Chef Dan Mancari treat yourself to one for the road at the bar with his brother Tom who is always good for a tall tale and the new Lemon Drop Martini"

  • "I don't normally do these reviews. I fact this is my first one. But I really enjoyed this place. The food was outstanding. They told me the had the best ceaser salad I'd ever had and they were right. They have a walking menu which is where the chef will come to your table and he will make u whatever u want. We chose that and it was amazing. One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. I will definatly be back."

The Caesar salad made at the table is out of this world and if you don't like anything on the menu just ask for the walking menu and order what you want. The flounder appetizer that comes with each meal is one of my favorites."

  • "For the price you spend to eat at Vincente's you can go to much nicer places. The service is slow and unattentive. The food is mediocre. Waited at the door for almost 10 minutes before the hostess came to seat us (we had a reservation). Then sat at the table for another 10-15 minutes before the waitress came to take a drink order. Overall, not impressed. There are much nicer Italian food restaurants with better food, better service, better ambience that is more reasonably priced. Would not recommend and do not plan to return."

  • "I picked Vincentes because of past visits at their other locations. It was my birthday and I had the privilege of having two beautiful ladies with me. We were made comfortable the moment we walked in. Service was excellent and the staff very friendly ! The food was as I remembered it, marvelous. I will be returning regularly !"

  • "Was a different experience. They start you off with complimentary horderves, which was nice but I would have liked to look over the menu before being offered food. We sat for a good 10 min without menus. Besides that we had good experience. Service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and polite. She informed us that she was new but we couldn't tell. The chef also came around a few times to see how things were. The food was good and decently priced. We would come back but ask for menus right away."

  • "Valentine's Day dinner here was sad. After 15 minutes of no one even stopping by our table I went up to the hostess to ask if we could at least get some water or drinks. That finally woke them up and things were ok until our entrees. I had the veal which was so overcooked I only ate a few bites and my boyfriends filet was medium rare but he asked for well done. They asked why I didn't eat mine and I told them it was like leather. They offered to bring a new one or send one home. I just said forget it. I wanted to leave. For a fixed menu valentines day cost of $60 per person they should have never let this happen. They should have at least not charged us for my dinner. I won't be going back here."

  • "I had reservations for 7:00pm on Valentine's day. We arrived on time and were sat quickly. We never got served. No waiter ever came over, nothing. We sat for fifteen minutes and then left. So for my Valentine's dinner I had a Wawa sub and fountain soda. I was very disappointed, considering I have wanted to try this restaraunt for a long time. So very disappointed."

  • "The prices were outrageous years ago when this restaurant was in Independence Mall. Glad to see that 20 years later, the prices now are very reasonable. We had a full dinner including salad and veggies with the entree, dessert, coffee, and 2 glasses of wine for $61. The service is intentionally slow because they want you to enjoy your dining experience. When we go back, I may ask them to bring the food a little faster. All the items we had were tasty and well prepared."

Used walking menu and chef was very helpful with dinner suggestions based on everyone's preference. Food was fresh and all were happy with their meals. Will definitely return."

It was refreshing to have the head chef personally come to our table to ensure that everything was to our liking. Great food, great atmosphere, great service.   • "The appetizer was some kind of toast with what looked remarkably like Cheese-Whiz on top of it. Also a small piece of flounder that was crusted with breadcrumbs and possibly a little parmesan cheese. The flounder was good, the bread with the cheese-whiz, unappetizing. We chose the 'animated' menu as this is what the restaurant is famous for. The chef came out and spoke with everyone to ask what they wanted--dishes were supposedly customized to our taste. What came out was uninspired and very expensive. Ceasar Salad is made tableside and involves the chef throwing cheese balls at the serving dish for entertainment. There was a lot of cheese on the floor. I was not entertained. Tired routine, boring food, outrageous prices."

  • "We went on a Wed night. We ended up just staying at the bar instead of going to a table. The bar had a lively group watching Boston win the World Series. The bartender was fun and interactive. He (Bartender Tom) has a "signature" martini that is just delicious. I had to hold off at 2 but I would have liked more. ;-) My BF liked the meatballs. A friend let me try a bite of his chicken parm sandwich. It was delish. We did watch a server make the table-side Caesar salad. It was quite the production - especially when he came into the bar and tossed the cheese into the table-side bowl in the dining room! :-O We will be back."
