"This is a lovely historic site which used to be a home. We sat in one of the back rooms as it's noisy in the front by 26th St. Our waitress, Jessica, was outstanding as was the service overall. Our only complaint is it is quite expensive. Most of the glasses of wine are $15 or more, and entrees run very high for all except pastas and pizza. Your choice of wines by the glass are limited, one chardonnay, one Cab etc."

"There's a new chef at Villetta and the food is better than ever. It struck us as more "Italian" in the sense of the kind of creative but approachable cuisine you'd expect to find in the best modern kitchens of Northern Italy. At the same time, the pizzas are spectacular and atmosphere among the best on the westside."

"We went to Villeta for my St. Patrick's Day birthday. The service was superb but the food was outstanding. The beet salad, veal chop and branzino were amazing. But the topper to this great dinner was their homemade Tiramisu. Delicious!!! As good as any restaurant in Italy. Thank you Alfredo for having such a wonderful restaurant. We are telling all our friends."

"Considering how short this place has open, I was genuinely surprised and very imporessed with all elements. Food was well executed. The service is truly exceptional. Lots of "checking in" with us and follow-up. Wine list is a bit limited - but nice availability of italian wines. Space has been re-done very nicely."

"The food at Villetta's if fine, and the gently beige and brown, softly pillowed ambience of the patio is excellent. But the place thinks a bit too much of itself for comfort; and it certainly charges too much for good but not outstanding food."
