We were excited to explore the restaurants in Skippack since we are settling on a house there next week. First, we were not greeted for 15 minutes by our server who appeared to be the only employee and possibly the manager\owner as well. Our reservation was for 9pm but she said the kitchen was slammed and she could not take our food order right away. When we ordered a bottle of wine, there was a corkage fee of $5. We decided to get the meat plate, which was very disappointing it had low quality cheddar cubed cheese, slimmy prosciutto and pepperoni. We did not order more food bc of the disappointing meat plate. Also we did not have a candle or any light for outside dining. They also required us to pay 2 separate checks, for wine and food.

We had a really fun time enjoying our wine tasting. Tara was friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. However, the tapas menu listed on Open Table hasn't started yet. If you are hoping to get some food while you are on Skippack, call ahead to see if the kitchen is open first - or plan to eat elsewhere before or after your trip here.
