We have been here several times before and like the food very much. This time, due to the volume of the diners, the service suffered a bit. Both the dining room and outside patio were busy. Our server was very nice and took our drink order first. We then ordered our starter and entrees. We ordered the Cowboy Chips as a starter and they never came out until our entrees have already arrived. The server and the manager both apoligized to us and provided desert on the house. Our server, Alex, was very helpful and attentive. We appreciated her wine suggestions and knowledge of the menu. The 10 spice salmon was excellent, I recommend it. My wife really enjoyed the filet marsala. The chocolate torte was the perfect end to our meal. However, the noise level was very high and made conversation difficult. I understand clearing the table, but when someone is in the middle of a conversation, keep walking and come back in a couple of minutes.
this was my husbands birthday and first time out together alone in a very long time.
it was more about clearing the table and we began to feel like we needed to leave.

It's rare you find a restaurant that is priced right AND the food is delicious, but I'd have to say this is as close as you can get. It is definitely the most hidden restaurant I have ever been to, but very much worth the hunt. I had the ribeye which was cooked perfectly the way I asked. I also tried the wrapped scallops and they too were great. The green beans and rice were spot on. I could have easily made a meal from the green beans alone. Wife had the shrimp and grits, which were also delicious. This place could charge much more for what you get here. I would put this meal up against Del Frisco's any day of the week.
