Villa Ravenna has become our go to restaurant for every special occasion. In fact it's so good, we often just can't wait for a special occasion to visit. The owner is very friendly and always greets us personally. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable and the food is absolutely divine. Can't wait for the next visit!

My husband and I had our anniversary dinner at Villa Ravenna, and it was our first time at the restaurant. I'd highly recommend reservations since they were very busy, even in early evening. I enjoyed the look and feel of the restaurant, and was impressed with the extensive menu. My husband had lobster pasta with a basil tomato sauce, and I had squid ink pasta with various kinds of seafood (shrimp, crab, mussels). Both were outstanding, as were the mussels appetizer and cheesecake. The only drawback was that the service was very slow for us. We waited a long time before being able to order wine, and our appetizer arrived before we were able to order our entrees. Regardless, the overall experience and food were amazing and we'll be back.

A must visit if you love authentic italian food. We were completely blown away by the quality of the food and the service. Highly, highly recommended. I always ask the waiter to recommend a wine and they have never failed to pick a great one. Delicately balanced flavors and the freshest ingredients. The seafood pasta was simply delicious and the calamari melted in your mouth. Being the highest rated restaurant in Tulsa with Trip Advisor so you must go to Villa Ravenna.

The old world charm of this cozy restaurant combined with excellent service & outstanding food made a wonderful dining experience for our recent Anniversary celebration! All the food we experienced from the appetizers to dessert was truly exceptional in taste, quality & originality. Our server Cory was very attentive but not intrusive, and very knowledgeable concerning the wine list & menu items. Sergio, the owner, is always present to make sure all his patrons are enjoying their meals and everything runs smoothly.I can see why this is the #1 restaurant in Tulsa on Tripadvisor, it truly lives up to its' reputation! This is our new favorite dining place from now on!

I wanted a romantic place for an anniversary dinner, and we hadn't been to Villa Ravenna in a while. It was everything I could have hoped for. The service was excellent and the food was memorable. We had the lamb chops and the wild boar osso bucco. Both were extraordinary, perfectly cooked. The seasonings were complex, but let the flavor of the meat shine through. We had the escargot as an appetizer, and I think it's some of the best in town. And then, of course, there's the limoncello to top the meal off...

Sergio and Yani run the best restaurant in town - food is absolutely delicious from appetizers to dessert -- We have had dinner there many, many times as a couple, as a family of four to hosting many dinner parties there with 6-10 friends. We have had our Company Christmas Party at Villa Ravenna with upward of 40 people more than once. Fantastic service everytime. Food is hot, service is professional, and Sergio visits the table to ensure we are being cared for properly. We recommend Villa Ravenna to everyone!!!!

We have dined here on several occasions and this last time we were taking two international tennis players who were here for an important tennis tournament. It was a Friday night and it was crowded and loud. We could barely hear our waiter and I'm assuming he could barely hear us. I think that is why our service was so slow. We don't mind waiting for food this delicious but he was inattentive. I had to ask to hear the dinner specials, ask for the appetizer specials, ask for the check, ask for more bread, etc. Because we didn't order a bottle of wine like we normally do, I feel like the service was less than par. Our guests were fluent in Italian but we never had a chance to speak with the owner to tell him how much they loved their food.

It is challenging for me to be in a noisy restaurant so I have to sit next to my friend. We were seated at a table across from each other so I turned the table on my own so I could hear my friend. Our waiter went to the table that was seated after we were and did not acknowledge us. He returned and took our drink order and we ordered an appetizer. My true complaint was that when I wanted to order a second drink, I absolutely could not get any attention. Finally, the owner was in our room and I was waving my arms to get his attention. Another waiter took our second drink order. I had to wave my arms again to get any attention so we could pay our bill. Not appropriate in a fine restaurant.

I am italian so probably the toughest critic! I will say the red sauce on my husband's food was very good and I am very picky because I know whAt good sauce is. I had the lobster filled ravioli, quality of the dough was excellent but I expect more lobster when I pay 23.00 for an entre, most had no lobster and If I had a total of a tablespoon of lobster I would probably be over estimating.Your service and everything else was good. I would add more to the lobster / cheese filled ravioli, at least a half of a lobster should be used per entre.

My husband and I have heard nothing but great things, so we decided to try it for our anniversary. The food was delicious. My husband loved the wild boar osso bucco, I got a foot long prawn with seafood risotto, both so tasty. We tried the figs wrapped with prosciutto and gorgonzola for the appetizer, yum... He had a strawberry salad and I had the mushroom soup, everything was really good. I did not rate this with more stars because of the 12 person group that we were seated next to were ridiculously loud. My husband asked when the jersey shore decided to show up. Our waiter apologized, and all the servers looked at the table with disdain. We couldn't hear each other at all. I will go back, but probably not on a Fri/Sat night. RUDE people!

Bland Chicken Cacciatore with a boneless skinless chicken breast. I expected traditional on the bone and dark meat for flavor. No capers so missing that slight tang. Wait staff were busy running around then congregate at the bar for long periods with backs to customers and tended to focus on large parties and ignore tables with only two people (like us). Dessert was served and then 15 minutes later coffee which deflated the experience. Desserts shown on iPads looked nothing like what was served. My bread pudding tasted okay but wasn't open top like the picture showed but was a little square biscuit seared on top and bottom so the sauce couldn't penetrate and absorb, disappointing. Limoncello cake was good but the crumb was different.

When I arrived at the restaurant, I was stood at the "Please Wait to be Seated" sign without even being recognized by the staff, let alone the host. I finally saw that my dinner partner had already been seated so I joined him. I could still be standing there for all I know. The food is very good -- made to order -- not a chain, so that is refreshing. I met a former colleague so we had a nice visit without being rushed through our meal. I have eaten at this restaurant before and the "greeting" certainly needs work.

I read the reviews about this place, and decided to take a date here. In fairness, the waitstaff seemed to be used to quiet, but when we arrived, there was a large group seated right next to our table. We could not hear each other speak from across the two-person table. We could not hear our waiter. We couldn't have heard a bomb go off in the parking lot. The food, however, was EXCELLENT. I had the veal marsala; my date had the spaghetti carbonara. Both were amazing. The ambiance was old-world and quaint, in a good way. If we could've heard each other, it would've been a spectacular dining experience. That being said, I have no reason to believe that it's that loud all the time, and I would return in a heartbeat.

Everything was 5 stars. Except for the dinning area. They squeezed to many tables together. Making it hard to maneuver around the tables. Even the staff seemed to have problems moving around. I understand about maximizing. But this was way over maximizing. The handicapp will and did have a hard time moving around. Because there were to many tables in a small area. The noise level was to high. It made it difficult to have a pleasant conversation with the person I was with.

I love the familiar, yet distinguished, atmosphere this restaurant evokes. The wine flowed, multiple appetizers with prosciutto- the menu varied enough to satisfy each palate. So delicious we each ordered a separate dessert. Recommendations: pear gorgonzola appetizer, the pear or avocado salads, linguini carbonara, and the lemoncello cake.
